【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的要求也不斷提高，電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速成為我國(guó)重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)；“十二五”時(shí)期，電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)成為我國(guó)重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。在這樣的一個(gè)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略背景下，重慶市也加快了電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的腳步。2007年，重慶市拉開快速發(fā)展電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的序幕，正式被國(guó)家批復(fù)為我國(guó)第一個(gè)統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)信息化試驗(yàn)區(qū)；在2008年，國(guó)家信息產(chǎn)業(yè)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地的成立，說明重慶電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展又跨上了一個(gè)新臺(tái)階，處于國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)重點(diǎn)布局中。面對(duì)來自各個(gè)方面的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，研究重慶市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平，分析其發(fā)展存在的問題，，抓住機(jī)遇，積極發(fā)揮各種優(yōu)勢(shì)，探尋一條符合重慶市自身發(fā)展的道路尤為重要。 這篇文章主要運(yùn)用的是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的相關(guān)知識(shí)，首先對(duì)研究對(duì)象中電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念進(jìn)行界定，在這個(gè)基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究進(jìn)行概述，對(duì)重慶市的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行分析，主要是從發(fā)展歷史、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)等方面出發(fā)，并找出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展可能會(huì)遇到的一些問題。運(yùn)用因子分析的方法，從基礎(chǔ)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和成本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析，建立了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，將重慶市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與全國(guó)其他20個(gè)省市做比較。通過前面的定性和定量分析，提出促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議。 通過分析表明，重慶市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平不高，處于我國(guó)中等水平。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)單一，產(chǎn)業(yè)集群效應(yīng)不明顯，但是隨著國(guó)家和政府對(duì)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的重視和扶持，通過產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、人才培養(yǎng)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、外資引進(jìn)等方面的改進(jìn)，使得整個(gè)地區(qū)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)較為明顯。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the world economy and the continuous improvement of the requirements for the industry, the electronic information industry has rapidly become a new type of industry with the key development of our country, and during the 12th five-year Plan period, the electronic information industry has become the pillar industry of the key development in our country. In such a national strategic context, Chongqing has also accelerated the development of the electronic information industry. In 2007, Chongqing opened the prelude to the rapid development of the electronic information industry, which was officially approved by the state as the first urban and rural information experimental area in China. In 2008, the establishment of the high-tech industrial base of the national information industry shows that the development of the electronic information industry in Chongqing has reached a new level, which is in the key layout of the national industry. In the face of opportunities and challenges from all aspects, it is particularly important to study the competitiveness level of Chongqing's electronic information industry, analyze the existing problems in its development, seize the opportunity, actively give full play to various advantages, and explore a way in line with Chongqing's own development. This article mainly uses the relevant knowledge in economics, first defines the concept of electronic information industry in the research object, on this basis, summarizes the existing research on industrial competitiveness at home and abroad, analyzes the electronic information industry in Chongqing, mainly from the development history, the present situation and characteristics of industrial development, and finds out some problems that may be encountered in industrial development. By using the method of factor analysis, this paper analyzes the basic competitiveness, market competitiveness, innovation competitiveness and cost competitiveness, and establishes the evaluation index system of regional industrial competitiveness, and compares the competitiveness of Chongqing's electronic information industry with that of the other 20 provinces and cities in China. Through the previous qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of industry. The analysis shows that the competitiveness level of Chongqing electronic information industry is not high, and it is in the middle level of our country. The industrial structure is single and the industrial cluster effect is not obvious, but with the attention and support of the state and the government to the electronic information industry, through the improvement of industrial structure optimization, technological innovation, talent training, infrastructure construction, foreign capital introduction and so on, the latecomer advantage of the electronic information industry in the whole region is more obvious.
