【摘要】：開展煤炭企業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展力評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)研究無(wú)論是對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)高度重視貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,推進(jìn)煤炭企業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展理論體系的形成,還是對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)、煤炭工業(yè)管理部門開展煤炭企業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展能力的縱向橫向比較,分析與協(xié)調(diào)煤炭企業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展的影響因素等,都具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義與學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。本文提出了煤炭企業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展力這一新概念并深入闡述了其內(nèi)涵;較全面地分析了煤炭企業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展力的影響因素;構(gòu)建了煤炭企業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展力系統(tǒng)框架;建立了煤炭企業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;明確了測(cè)度煤炭企業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展力的意義。為進(jìn)一步研究評(píng)價(jià)煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題提供了新的視角,也為煤炭企業(yè)謀求自身發(fā)展提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:The research on the evaluation system of the scientific development force of the coal enterprise, whether the coal enterprise attaches great importance to the implementation of the scientific development view, promotes the formation of the theoretical system of the scientific development of the coal enterprise, or the coal enterprise, It is of great practical significance and academic value to carry out the longitudinal horizontal comparison of the coal enterprise's scientific development ability, the analysis and coordination of the influence factors of the coal enterprise's scientific development. In this paper, the new concept of the scientific development force of the coal enterprise is put forward and its connotation is expounded in depth, the influence factors of the scientific development force of the coal enterprise are comprehensively analyzed, the framework of the scientific development force system of the coal enterprise is established, and the evaluation index system of the scientific development force of the coal enterprise is set up; The significance of measuring the scientific development force of the coal enterprise is clarified. It provides a new perspective for further research and evaluation of the development of coal enterprises, and also provides a new way for coal enterprises to seek their own development.
