【摘要】：作者以企業(yè)管理特別是企業(yè)系統(tǒng)化管理方法的專業(yè)知識(shí)體系為基礎(chǔ)，，結(jié)合全泰堂藥業(yè)系統(tǒng)化管理方法應(yīng)用的實(shí)際，對(duì)其進(jìn)行總結(jié)和提煉。本文將管理職能活動(dòng)過程的系統(tǒng)化（原理），硬軟系統(tǒng)的“全科學(xué)”有機(jī)融合的結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)化（內(nèi)容），執(zhí)行層級(jí)體系系統(tǒng)化（行動(dòng)），以及目標(biāo)業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)全過程系統(tǒng)化（結(jié)果）等四個(gè)系統(tǒng)化管理方法在全泰堂藥業(yè)的應(yīng)用作為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容，總結(jié)其存在的問題并提出對(duì)策建議。按照“原理→內(nèi)容→行動(dòng)→結(jié)果”的邏輯體系，形成閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)的解決問題思路。作者認(rèn)為系統(tǒng)化管理方法在應(yīng)用上重點(diǎn)就是“頂層設(shè)計(jì)，執(zhí)行落地”。
[Abstract]:Based on the professional knowledge system of enterprise management, especially the enterprise systematic management method, the author summarizes and abstracts the application of the systematic management method in Quantaitang Pharmaceutical Industry. In this paper, the application of four systematic management methods, such as systematization (principle) of management function process, systematic structure (content) of "whole science" integration of hard and soft system, systematization of execution hierarchy system (action) and systematization of whole process of target business activity (result), are taken as the main research contents, and the existing problems are summarized and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. According to the logical system of "principle content and action result", the closed loop system is formed to solve the problem. The author thinks that the emphasis of systematic management method in the application is "top-level design, execution landing".
