煤礦企業(yè)并購后的文化整合模式與方法研究
[Abstract]:China is a developing country with coal as the main energy source. It is an inevitable choice to realize the sustainable development of the coal mine industry and the whole national economy through the merger and reorganization of the modern large-scale coal mine, speeding up the coal mine resource integration, improving the single well scale and eliminating the backward production capacity. In recent years, the enterprise's M & A wave is rising, but the proportion of the real success is not high, the reason is that the effective integration is not implemented, especially the cultural integration. After the merger and acquisition of the coal mine enterprises in China, the existence of cultural differences, such as the ownership, management and values of the enterprises, has brought great influence on the success of the M & A. The key to the success of the merger and acquisition is to effectively solve the cultural conflict between the two parties and realize the cultural integration of the two different enterprises. In this paper, the method of combining the theory research and the case analysis is used to carry out a comprehensive and systematic research on the cultural integration after the merger and acquisition of the coal mine enterprises. First of all, the paper analyzes the possible cultural conflicts and their influences upon the M & A of the coal mine by using the theory of the enterprise culture conflict; then, on the basis of the theory of the cultural integration model and the method, the paper discusses how to choose the cultural integration model and the method after the merger and acquisition of the coal mine enterprises. In the end, the case analysis is carried out by taking the M & A T coal mine of the HR coal industry as an example, and the cultural integration strategy with strong pertinence and operability is put forward, with the aim of enriching the cultural integration theory of the coal mine enterprises, and promoting the coal mine enterprises to seize the root of the cultural conflict and take effective cultural integration measures The intended purpose of the M & A is to be achieved
