某煙草工業(yè)企業(yè)DZ樓層庫存儲規(guī)劃問題研究

【摘要】:存儲規(guī)劃是倉儲系統(tǒng)中的一部分,是實現(xiàn)倉儲管理的關鍵環(huán)節(jié),是倉儲管理部門為了充分利用所具有的倉儲資源提供高效的倉儲服務所進行的計劃、組織、控制和協(xié)調(diào)的重要組成部分。 某煙草工業(yè)企業(yè)的卷煙成品物流倉庫即DZ庫在響應國家煙草專賣局“一號工程”下,采用條形碼(BARCODE)、射頻(FRID)等技術,有效地提高了出庫效率的,實現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化倉儲管理,物流體系和物流信息化系統(tǒng)已形成了初步規(guī)模。但其中存儲環(huán)節(jié)依舊需要較高的人工干預,尚有較大的優(yōu)化空間。主要集中缺乏合理有效的庫內(nèi)存儲區(qū)域的規(guī)劃和庫內(nèi)成品煙流轉(zhuǎn)策略。 本文以DZ庫的存儲區(qū)域的規(guī)劃為核心內(nèi)容展開研究。對目前我國企業(yè)應用存儲規(guī)劃的幾種典型經(jīng)驗及當前流行的存儲規(guī)劃方法等進行了綜合性的闡述。根據(jù)DZ庫存儲方面的現(xiàn)狀進行全面系統(tǒng)的分析,從DZ庫的設備、品規(guī)存儲布局、庫內(nèi)流轉(zhuǎn)狀況各方面進行梳理,找出問題的制約瓶頸。通過ABC/FMR方法確定成品煙品規(guī)等級劃分,根據(jù)等比概率模型將已經(jīng)得到確定的成品卷煙品規(guī)分配到不同樓層,,應用等比概率模型與轉(zhuǎn)儲優(yōu)化模型確定每層分配品規(guī)確定量值與種類,并以DZ庫一定周期的實際數(shù)據(jù)驗證模型,在選取衡量指標后,通過flexsim仿真對該煙草工業(yè)企業(yè)卷煙成品庫存儲規(guī)劃前后進行對比。 結果表明本模型可解決DZ庫存儲區(qū)域的規(guī)劃問題,有效提升存儲設備使用效率,合理調(diào)配DZ庫各樓層間存儲平衡,通過調(diào)整存儲布局,方便出庫品規(guī)選取作業(yè),減少出庫的搬運距離,尤其是關聯(lián)品規(guī)的設定、降低迂回運輸,縮短DZ庫出庫響應時間,完成對DZ樓層庫的存儲規(guī)劃的既定目標。
[Abstract]:Storage planning is a part of warehousing system, is the key link to realize warehousing management, is the plan and organization of warehousing management department in order to make full use of the warehousing resources to provide efficient warehousing services. An important part of control and coordination. In response to the "No. 1 Project" of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, the cigarette finished product logistics warehouse of a tobacco industry enterprise adopts bar code (BARCODE), radio frequency (FRID) technology, which effectively improves the efficiency of the cigarette finished product logistics warehouse, that is, the DZ library, in response to the "No. 1 Project" of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau. The realization of digital warehousing management, logistics system and logistics information system has formed a preliminary scale. However, the storage link still needs high manual intervention, and there is still a lot of room for optimization. It mainly focuses on the lack of reasonable and effective planning of the storage area and the circulation strategy of finished products in the warehouse. In this paper, the planning of the storage area of DZ library is studied. Several typical experiences of enterprise application storage planning in China and the popular storage planning methods are described in this paper. According to the present situation of DZ library storage, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis, combs the equipment of DZ library, the layout of product specification storage and the circulation situation in the library, and finds out the bottleneck of the problem. The grade classification of finished cigarette gauge is determined by ABC/FMR method, and the determined finished cigarette gauge is assigned to different floors according to the equal ratio probability model. The equal ratio probability model and dump optimization model are used to determine the value and type of each layer distribution rule, and the model is verified by the actual data of a certain period of DZ library. after selecting the measurement index, The storage planning of cigarette products warehouse in this tobacco industry enterprise was compared by flexsim simulation before and after storage planning. The results show that the model can solve the planning problem of DZ inventory area, effectively improve the efficiency of storage equipment, reasonably deploy the storage balance among the floors of DZ library, and facilitate the selection of storage rules by adjusting the storage layout. Reduce the handling distance, especially the setting of related rules, reduce roundabout transportation, shorten the response time of DZ warehouse, and complete the established goal of storage planning for DZ floor library.
