面向成本領(lǐng)先的制造型企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化浪潮席卷世界的每個角落,企業(yè)間的競爭已經(jīng)從傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品性能與價格間的競爭,延伸到企業(yè)生產(chǎn)與經(jīng)營的其它方面,企業(yè)管理的重點也不再局限于生產(chǎn)或銷售,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營者開始將目光投向企業(yè)運營中的其它領(lǐng)域,以挖掘企業(yè)的潛能。而越來越多的跨國企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟全球化背景下,開始將生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營與銷售的各個環(huán)節(jié)放置在不同的國家或區(qū)域,從而加大了供應(yīng)鏈管理難度,對企業(yè)的運營成本也造成一定影響。另一方面,,由于某些企業(yè)在管理理念與經(jīng)營思想方面的局限性,造成了企業(yè)在制定供應(yīng)鏈流程時和在供應(yīng)鏈運營管理中,存在這樣或那樣的問題,進而對企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈運營效率與效能產(chǎn)生直接影響,增加了企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈成本,企業(yè)的運營成本也就隨之增加;谝陨蠋c因素,越來越多的企業(yè),特別是生產(chǎn)型企業(yè),開始將優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈管理流程,作為降低企業(yè)運營成本、獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的主要手段。 本文則以此為切入點,針對大多數(shù)生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)在供應(yīng)鏈運營過程中所面臨的幾個主要問題,對其產(chǎn)生原因、不良影響與解決方案做出研究。其中重點研究了如何采用JIT的管理思想改善企業(yè)運營流程,JIT管理思想與傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈管理思想的區(qū)別以及利用JIT管理思想對企業(yè)獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的重要影響;通過對企業(yè)實施ERP/SAP系統(tǒng)實例的介紹,分析了企業(yè)應(yīng)用ERP/SAP的基本流程,和該系統(tǒng)對于企業(yè)改善自身供應(yīng)鏈流程,規(guī)范企業(yè)運營管理所產(chǎn)生重要作用;針對很多生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)在供應(yīng)鏈運營過程中所面臨的牛鞭效應(yīng)問題,本文則分析了其產(chǎn)生原因,并提出應(yīng)以通過建立企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟來加強信息共享為核心思想的解決方案,以幫助企業(yè)消除牛鞭效應(yīng)所帶來的不利影響,降低企業(yè)運營成本;在計算安全庫存和采購批量的問題上,本文介紹了幾種科學(xué)計算安全庫存和最優(yōu)采購批量的模型,并以企業(yè)實例為基礎(chǔ)對其進行演算,以研究其對企業(yè)降低供應(yīng)鏈成本的作用。 通過對這些重點問題的研究,本文分析了改善供應(yīng)鏈流程對于降低企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈成本的重要意義,并為企業(yè)提供了調(diào)節(jié)自身運營流程的理論基礎(chǔ)與具體方法,從而為企業(yè)降低運營成本,增強核心競爭力提供了有效途徑。
[Abstract]:With the tide of economic globalization sweeping every corner of the world, the competition among enterprises has extended from the traditional competition between product performance and price to other aspects of enterprise production and management. The focus of enterprise management is no longer limited to production or sales, the operators of enterprises begin to focus on other areas of enterprise operation, in order to tap the potential of enterprises. Under the background of economic globalization, more and more multinational enterprises begin to place the links of production, operation and sales in different countries or regions, which increases the difficulty of supply chain management and has a certain impact on the operating costs of enterprises. On the other hand, due to the limitations of some enterprises in the management concept and management thought, there are some problems in the formulation of supply chain process and in the operation and management of supply chain. Furthermore, it has a direct impact on the operational efficiency and efficiency of the enterprise supply chain, and increases the cost of the enterprise supply chain, and the operating cost of the enterprise also increases. Based on the above factors, more and more enterprises, especially production enterprises, begin to optimize the supply chain management process as the main means to reduce the operating costs of enterprises and obtain competitive advantage. Based on this, this paper studies the causes, adverse effects and solutions of several main problems faced by most production enterprises in the process of supply chain operation. Among them, it focuses on how to use JIT management thought to improve the enterprise operation process, the difference between JIT management thought and traditional supply chain management thought, and the important influence of using JIT management thought on enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. Through the introduction of an example of implementing ERP/SAP system in an enterprise, this paper analyzes the basic process of applying ERP/SAP in an enterprise, and the important role of the system in improving its own supply chain process and standardizing the operation and management of an enterprise. In view of the bullwhip effect faced by many production enterprises in the process of supply chain operation, this paper analyzes the causes of the bullwhip effect, and puts forward the solution of strengthening information sharing through the establishment of strategic alliance of enterprises. In order to help enterprises eliminate the adverse effects of bullwhip effect and reduce the operating costs of enterprises; On the problem of calculating safe inventory and purchasing batch, this paper introduces several models for calculating safe inventory and optimal purchasing batch scientifically, and calculates them on the basis of enterprise examples in order to study their effect on reducing the cost of supply chain. Through the study of these key problems, this paper analyzes the significance of improving the supply chain process to reduce the cost of the enterprise supply chain, and provides the theoretical basis and concrete methods for the enterprise to adjust its own operation process. Thus, it provides an effective way for enterprises to reduce operating costs and enhance core competitiveness.
