NR內衣公司電子訂貨系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃與實施

【摘要】:隨著電子信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)展及內衣連鎖經營模式的快速發(fā)展,內衣行業(yè)市場競爭愈發(fā)激烈,如何實現(xiàn)電子訂貨已成為中小連鎖經營內衣公司不得不面對的問題。如何把電子訂貨更好地與連鎖經營模式融會貫通,相輔相成,是當今中小連鎖經營內衣企業(yè)迫切需要解決的問題。本文運用相關理論并結合實踐,對像NR內衣企業(yè)這類中小連鎖經營內衣公司電子訂貨系統(tǒng)進行了探討。 本論文由五個部分組成。第一部分,闡述電子訂貨系統(tǒng)相關理論,這將是NR內衣公司建立電子訂貨系統(tǒng)的理論基礎;第二部分,在分析NR內衣公司現(xiàn)狀后,指出當前存在的問題;第三部分,采用安東尼模型對NR內衣公司的電子訂貨系統(tǒng)進行需求分析,并著重說明了NR內衣公司電子訂貨系統(tǒng)建設的深遠意義和成功的可能性,加強NR內衣企業(yè)推行電子訂貨系統(tǒng)必要的決心;第四部分,在分析設計系統(tǒng)架構和系統(tǒng)功能基礎上,建議采用B/S和C/S相結合的架構模式,且對現(xiàn)有業(yè)務流程進行了再造優(yōu)化設計;第五部分,闡述了NR內衣公司電子訂貨系統(tǒng)建設的實施保障措施,主要包括企業(yè)決策層領導的觀念培育、系統(tǒng)實施的項目組織保障和企業(yè)各類基礎數(shù)據保障,以便能使電子訂貨系統(tǒng)建設可以順利開展,并分析NR內衣公司電子訂貨系統(tǒng)實施過程中遇到的問題及提出解決辦法。 期望本論文的研究能夠對NR內衣公司以及其他內衣行業(yè)公司的電子訂貨系統(tǒng)建設起到一些參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of electronic information system and the rapid development of underwear chain management mode, the market competition in underwear industry is becoming more and more fierce. How to realize electronic order has become a problem that small and medium-sized chain underwear companies have to face. How to better integrate electronic orders with chain management model and complement each other is an urgent problem to be solved in small and medium-sized chain underwear enterprises. Based on the relevant theory and practice, this paper discusses the electronic ordering system of small and medium-sized chain underwear companies such as NR underwear enterprises. This paper consists of five parts. The first part expounds the related theory of electronic ordering system, which will be the theoretical basis for NR underwear company to establish electronic ordering system, the second part, after analyzing the present situation of NR underwear company, points out the existing problems. In the third part, the Anthony model is used to analyze the demand of the electronic ordering system of NR underwear Company, and the far-reaching significance and the possibility of success of the construction of the electronic ordering system of NR underwear Company are emphasized. Strengthen the necessary determination of NR underwear enterprises to carry out electronic ordering system; In the fourth part, on the basis of analyzing and designing the system architecture and system function, it is suggested that the architecture mode of combining B / S and C / S should be adopted, and the existing business process should be redesigned and optimized. The fifth part expounds the implementation guarantee measures of the electronic ordering system construction of NR underwear company, including the cultivation of the concept of the leaders at the decision-making level of the enterprise, the project organization guarantee of the system implementation and all kinds of basic data guarantee of the enterprise. So that the construction of electronic ordering system can be carried out smoothly, and the problems encountered in the implementation of electronic ordering system in NR underwear Company are analyzed and the solutions are put forward. It is expected that the research of this paper can play some reference role in the construction of electronic ordering system of NR underwear company and other underwear industry companies.
