TZ公司橋梁構(gòu)件產(chǎn)品競爭策略研究

【摘要】:本課題就是基于TZ公司這樣一個以生產(chǎn)橋梁構(gòu)件產(chǎn)品為主的中型企業(yè),應(yīng)用PEST環(huán)境分析、波特五力模型、SWOT分析法等戰(zhàn)略工具,通過對企業(yè)影響因素最大的政策法規(guī)、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、社會文化及技術(shù)發(fā)展等外部環(huán)境進行分析;對行業(yè)特點、市場狀況等競爭環(huán)境進行分析;結(jié)合企業(yè)內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢和劣勢,面臨的發(fā)展機會和威脅分析,提出適合TZ公司實際情況的以科技創(chuàng)新為核心的差異化產(chǎn)品競爭策略,以取得橋梁構(gòu)件產(chǎn)品的持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢,,擴大產(chǎn)品市場占有率,提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益,并實現(xiàn)企業(yè)長久可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本課題具有實際應(yīng)用價值。 同時,也希望通過對TZ公司橋梁構(gòu)件產(chǎn)品競爭策略分析研究,能夠為國內(nèi)同行業(yè)企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟低迷期的生存和經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇期的發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:This topic is based on TZ Company, a medium-sized enterprise which mainly produces bridge component products. By using the strategic tools such as PEST environment analysis, Porter five-force model, SWOT analysis and so on, through the policies and regulations which have the greatest influence on the enterprise, The external environment, such as economic environment, social culture and technological development, is analyzed. The characteristics of the industry, market conditions and other competitive environment analysis; Combined with the internal strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise and the analysis of the development opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise, this paper puts forward the competitive strategy of the differentiated products with the core of scientific and technological innovation, which is suitable for the actual situation of TZ Company, in order to obtain the sustained competitive advantage of the bridge component products. Expand the market share of products, improve the economic benefits of enterprises, and achieve long-term sustainable development of enterprises. This subject has practical application value. At the same time, it is hoped that through the analysis and research on the competitive strategy of bridge component products of TZ Company, it can provide some reference significance for the survival of domestic enterprises in the same industry during the economic downturn period and the development of economic recovery period.
