【摘要】：隨著世界及中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展，中小型加工制造業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中作用的作用越來越明顯。中小型加工制造業(yè)的發(fā)展關(guān)系到整個社會的穩(wěn)定與繁榮。是促進(jìn)社會發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定的不可忽視的中堅力量。但是隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)飛速進(jìn)步、全球競爭日益明顯、信息技術(shù)的日新月異，，中小制造企業(yè)面對著日益激烈的市場競爭，以及越來越挑剔的客戶、同時在高制造成本和低利潤時代的到來、越來越要求中小型加工制造業(yè)加快反應(yīng)的速度、縮短生產(chǎn)周期、提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、減低產(chǎn)品的制造成本。中小型加工制造業(yè)要提高競爭實力，不僅要在成本上下工夫，還必須從理念、質(zhì)量、市場定位等多方面進(jìn)行變革。 本文以天津日華鋼材制品公司為例，進(jìn)行說明中小型加工制造行業(yè)的精益生產(chǎn)的策略制定和實施的步驟。首先介紹了精益生產(chǎn)的起源發(fā)展，介紹了精益生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)“6s”原則和精益生產(chǎn)的理論體系以及精益生產(chǎn)的主要內(nèi)容。闡述了目前我國中小型加工制造業(yè)面臨的問題及實施精益生產(chǎn)的必要性。從而引導(dǎo)出天津日華鋼材制品公司推行實施精益生產(chǎn)的動因�；诠舅媾R的問題，逐步展開說明天津日華鋼材制品公司在推行精益生產(chǎn)的具體步驟以及在推行實施精益生產(chǎn)所取得的效果。對于中小型加工制造業(yè)來講，天津日華鋼材制品公司在精益生產(chǎn)的實施過程中具有一定的借鑒價值
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world and China's economy, the role of small and medium-sized processing industry in the development of national economy is more and more obvious. The development of small and medium-sized manufacturing industry is related to the stability and prosperity of the whole society. It is the key force that can not be ignored to promote social development and stability. However, with the rapid progress of industrial technology, global competition is becoming increasingly obvious, information technology is changing with each passing day, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition, and more picky customers, At the same time, in the era of high manufacturing cost and low profit, the small and medium-sized manufacturing industry is more and more required to accelerate the reaction speed, shorten the production cycle, improve the quality of products, and reduce the manufacturing costs of products. In order to improve the competitive power of small and medium-sized manufacturing industry, it is necessary not only to work hard on the cost, but also to reform the concept, quality, market orientation and so on. Taking Tianjin Rihua Steel products Co., Ltd as an example, this paper describes the strategy formulation and implementation steps of lean production in small and medium-sized processing and manufacturing industries. This paper first introduces the origin and development of lean production, introduces the basic "6s" principle of lean production, the theoretical system of lean production and the main contents of lean production. The problems faced by the medium and small processing industry in China and the necessity of implementing lean production are expounded in this paper. Thus to guide Tianjin Rihua Steel products Company to promote the implementation of lean production motivation. Based on the problems faced by the company, the concrete steps of implementing lean production in Tianjin Rihua Steel products Co., Ltd., as well as the effect of implementing lean production in Tianjin Rihua Steel products Co., Ltd are explained step by step. For the small and medium-sized manufacturing industry, Tianjin Rihua Steel products Co., Ltd has certain reference value in the implementation of lean production.
