智能車載系統(tǒng)(Telematics)的市場前景預(yù)測及商業(yè)模式分析

【摘要】:智能車載系統(tǒng)(Telematics)無疑是當今汽車行業(yè)最熱門的技術(shù)和最新發(fā)展趨勢,利用最新IT技術(shù)比如云計算,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和大數(shù)據(jù)分析等與傳統(tǒng)汽車技術(shù)相結(jié)合,我們的汽車正在變得越來越智能,越來越安全以及無處不在的聯(lián)網(wǎng)和由此帶來的極大便利。 本文主要對Telematics行業(yè)進行了市場前景分析和相關(guān)商業(yè)模式的探討。Telematics行業(yè)的市場可以分為前裝市場和后裝市場兩部分,前裝市場是以整車廠商為主導(dǎo),主要通過OEM的方式來提供相關(guān)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù);后裝市場則是以TSP(Telematics Service Provider)為主導(dǎo),比如在中國,三大運營商都涉足了TSP產(chǎn)業(yè)。根據(jù)本文的相關(guān)計算和分析,在前裝市場,北美將會是最發(fā)達的市場,西歐次之,亞太區(qū)域排在第三;而在后裝市場,北美仍然是排在第一位,亞太位居第二,但兩者之間差別不大,而西歐市場則位居第三。在商業(yè)模式方面,整個Telematics行業(yè)尚處于不斷摸索的階段,并沒有形成一個完善的可持續(xù)盈利的商業(yè)模式。本文分析了其中幾種主要的收費模式和定價模式,可以看出,在中國市場,最受車主歡迎的仍然是免費模式,要么是通過收看廣告免費,要么是把該價格一次性的包含在車價中。車主對免費模式的偏愛就給Telematics行業(yè)的盈利帶來了極大的挑戰(zhàn),所以仍然需要在實踐中摸索各方共贏的商業(yè)模式。
[Abstract]:(Telematics), an intelligent vehicle system, is undoubtedly the most popular technology and the latest development trend in the automotive industry today. It uses the latest IT technology, such as cloud computing, mobile Internet and big data analysis, to combine with traditional automotive technology. Our cars are becoming smarter, safer, more ubiquitous, and more convenient. This paper mainly analyzes the market prospect of Telematics industry and discusses the related business models. The market of Telematics industry can be divided into two parts: front market and rear market, the front market is dominated by vehicle manufacturers, and the market of Telematics can be divided into two parts: front market and rear market. Mainly through the way of OEM to provide related products and services; Rear-end market is dominated by TSP (Telematics Service Provider), for example, in China, the three major operators are involved in the TSP industry. According to the relevant calculation and analysis in this paper, North America will be the most developed market in the front market, Western Europe will take the second place, and the Asia-Pacific region will be the third; In the rear-end market, North America still ranks first and Asia-Pacific second, but there is little difference between the two, while Western Europe is third. In the aspect of business model, the whole Telematics industry is still in the groping stage, and it has not formed a perfect business model of sustainable profit. This paper analyzes some of the main charging and pricing models. We can see that in the Chinese market, the most popular model is still the free mode, or it is free by watching advertisements. Either the price is included in the price of the car at one time. Car owners' preference for free model brings great challenges to the profitability of Telematics industry, so there is still a need to explore a win-win business model in practice.
