湖南匯華公司績效管理研究

【摘要】:伴隨著市場競爭的不斷加劇,作為市場經濟主體的企業(yè)怎樣能在激烈的競爭環(huán)境中處于優(yōu)勢,除了在產品質量、創(chuàng)新等上努力之外,企業(yè)內部的績效管理也是非常重要的一環(huán)。因此,通過加強職能部門、業(yè)務部門以及員工的績效管理,使得企業(yè)績效管理水平能處于一個比較高的水平,是企業(yè)提升自身競爭力的重要途徑之一。 湖南匯華紡織有限公司成立于2005年,是一家紡織企業(yè)。隨著公司的快速發(fā)展,公司的部門逐漸增加,員工數量也在逐年增多,公司的人力資源管理面臨嚴峻的考驗。其中,績效管理表現的尤為突出,如何改進公司的績效管理已經成為公司的管理“瓶頸”問題。本文通過訪談和問卷調查,運用人力資源管理的基本理論和方法,對匯華公司績效管理的現狀進行了診斷分析,重點調查分析匯華公司績效管理中存在的問題和問題的原因。在充分了解分析國內外績效管理文獻及同類企業(yè)在使用績效管理的現狀和效果基礎上,,結合平衡記分卡績效管理的理論和一些優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的成功經驗,從財務、顧客、內部運營、學習和發(fā)展四個維度對匯華公司的績效體系進行量化設計,建立以績效組織、績效計劃、績效輔導、績效評估、績效反饋、績效應用六方面為基礎的績效管理實施系統(tǒng),進而提高企業(yè)績效管理水平,保證企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標的實現。 通過本文探討,希望能為匯華公司的績效管理工作提供實際操作的方案;同時期望,研究成果對具有相似背景和現狀的企業(yè)具有一定的指導和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition in the market, how to get the advantage in the fierce competitive environment is the main body of the market economy. In addition to the efforts in product quality, innovation and so on, the performance management within the enterprise is also a very important link. Therefore, by strengthening the performance management of functional departments, business departments and employees, it is one of the important ways for enterprises to improve their competitiveness by making the level of enterprise performance management in a relatively high level. Hunan Huihua Textile Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, is a textile enterprise. With the rapid development of the company, the company's departments gradually increase, the number of employees is increasing year by year, the company's human resources management is facing a severe test. Among them, the performance of performance management is particularly prominent, how to improve the company's performance management has become the "bottleneck" of corporate management. Through interviews and questionnaires, this paper uses the basic theories and methods of human resources management to diagnose and analyze the current situation of performance management in Huihua Company, and focuses on the analysis of the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the performance management of Huihua Company. On the basis of fully understanding and analyzing the domestic and foreign performance management literature and the current situation and effect of similar enterprises in using performance management, combining the theory of balanced scorecard performance management and the successful experience of some excellent enterprises, from the financial affairs, customers, internal operations, The four dimensions of learning and development quantitatively design the performance system of Huihua Company, and establish a performance management implementation system based on six aspects: performance organization, performance plan, performance guidance, performance evaluation, performance feedback, and performance application, which is based on performance organization, performance plan, performance guidance, performance evaluation, performance feedback, and performance application. Then improve the level of enterprise performance management to ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise. Through this paper, we hope to provide a practical scheme for the performance management of Huihua Company, and hope that the research results can be used for guidance and reference to the enterprises with similar background and present situation.
