湖南匯華公司績(jī)效管理研究

【摘要】:伴隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的不斷加劇,作為市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)主體的企業(yè)怎樣能在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中處于優(yōu)勢(shì),除了在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、創(chuàng)新等上努力之外,企業(yè)內(nèi)部的績(jī)效管理也是非常重要的一環(huán)。因此,通過(guò)加強(qiáng)職能部門(mén)、業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)以及員工的績(jī)效管理,使得企業(yè)績(jī)效管理水平能處于一個(gè)比較高的水平,是企業(yè)提升自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要途徑之一。 湖南匯華紡織有限公司成立于2005年,是一家紡織企業(yè)。隨著公司的快速發(fā)展,公司的部門(mén)逐漸增加,員工數(shù)量也在逐年增多,公司的人力資源管理面臨嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。其中,績(jī)效管理表現(xiàn)的尤為突出,如何改進(jìn)公司的績(jī)效管理已經(jīng)成為公司的管理“瓶頸”問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)訪談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,運(yùn)用人力資源管理的基本理論和方法,對(duì)匯華公司績(jī)效管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了診斷分析,重點(diǎn)調(diào)查分析匯華公司績(jī)效管理中存在的問(wèn)題和問(wèn)題的原因。在充分了解分析國(guó)內(nèi)外績(jī)效管理文獻(xiàn)及同類(lèi)企業(yè)在使用績(jī)效管理的現(xiàn)狀和效果基礎(chǔ)上,,結(jié)合平衡記分卡績(jī)效管理的理論和一些優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),從財(cái)務(wù)、顧客、內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)、學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展四個(gè)維度對(duì)匯華公司的績(jī)效體系進(jìn)行量化設(shè)計(jì),建立以績(jī)效組織、績(jī)效計(jì)劃、績(jī)效輔導(dǎo)、績(jī)效評(píng)估、績(jī)效反饋、績(jī)效應(yīng)用六方面為基礎(chǔ)的績(jī)效管理實(shí)施系統(tǒng),進(jìn)而提高企業(yè)績(jī)效管理水平,保證企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 通過(guò)本文探討,希望能為匯華公司的績(jī)效管理工作提供實(shí)際操作的方案;同時(shí)期望,研究成果對(duì)具有相似背景和現(xiàn)狀的企業(yè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition in the market, how to get the advantage in the fierce competitive environment is the main body of the market economy. In addition to the efforts in product quality, innovation and so on, the performance management within the enterprise is also a very important link. Therefore, by strengthening the performance management of functional departments, business departments and employees, it is one of the important ways for enterprises to improve their competitiveness by making the level of enterprise performance management in a relatively high level. Hunan Huihua Textile Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, is a textile enterprise. With the rapid development of the company, the company's departments gradually increase, the number of employees is increasing year by year, the company's human resources management is facing a severe test. Among them, the performance of performance management is particularly prominent, how to improve the company's performance management has become the "bottleneck" of corporate management. Through interviews and questionnaires, this paper uses the basic theories and methods of human resources management to diagnose and analyze the current situation of performance management in Huihua Company, and focuses on the analysis of the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the performance management of Huihua Company. On the basis of fully understanding and analyzing the domestic and foreign performance management literature and the current situation and effect of similar enterprises in using performance management, combining the theory of balanced scorecard performance management and the successful experience of some excellent enterprises, from the financial affairs, customers, internal operations, The four dimensions of learning and development quantitatively design the performance system of Huihua Company, and establish a performance management implementation system based on six aspects: performance organization, performance plan, performance guidance, performance evaluation, performance feedback, and performance application, which is based on performance organization, performance plan, performance guidance, performance evaluation, performance feedback, and performance application. Then improve the level of enterprise performance management to ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise. Through this paper, we hope to provide a practical scheme for the performance management of Huihua Company, and hope that the research results can be used for guidance and reference to the enterprises with similar background and present situation.
