基于層次分析法的連續(xù)風(fēng)險管理在鉛酸蓄電池項目中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:我國鉛酸蓄電池行業(yè)必須要解決一系列的技術(shù)難題,才能追趕上當(dāng)前世界上鉛酸蓄電池的最新技術(shù)發(fā)展水平,所以,需要進行拉網(wǎng)式新型起動用鉛酸蓄電池項目的建設(shè),以滿足我國汽車工業(yè)對其配套蓄電池的技術(shù)要求,這是風(fēng)帆公司尋求進一步發(fā)展的突破口,也是進而參與全球競爭的關(guān)鍵。 在本次項目的建設(shè)過程中,論文將引入連續(xù)風(fēng)險管理模型,,即在有限的資源條件約束下,對項目實施全過程中的各種風(fēng)險進行識別、評價、應(yīng)對和監(jiān)控,并且對項目涉及的全部過程進行有效的管理,以此來達到實現(xiàn)并且盡可能超過項目設(shè)定的預(yù)期目標(biāo)的目的。其中,在風(fēng)險識別與評價的過程中,論文主要使用層次分析法,同時采用定量與定性相結(jié)合的分析方法,為該項目的科學(xué)合理的項目管理決策提供依據(jù)。 本論文希望通過技術(shù)和管理的合理結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)公司既定的項目目標(biāo),產(chǎn)生可觀的經(jīng)濟效益,并形成有效地管理體系,同時為蓄電池行業(yè)的技術(shù)改造風(fēng)險管理提供切實可行的參考價值。
[Abstract]:In order to catch up with the latest technical development level of lead-acid batteries in the world, the industry of lead-acid batteries in China must solve a series of technical problems in order to catch up with the latest technical development level of lead-acid batteries in the world. Therefore, it is necessary to build a new type of lead-acid batteries with drawing mesh type. In order to meet the technical requirements of China's automotive industry for its matching batteries, this is a breakthrough for Fengfan Company to seek further development, and is also the key to participate in the global competition. In the construction process of this project, the paper will introduce the continuous risk management model, that is, under the constraints of limited resources, we will identify, evaluate, respond and monitor all kinds of risks in the whole process of the implementation of the project. And effective management of all the processes involved in the project to achieve and as far as possible exceed the goal set by the project. In the process of risk identification and evaluation, the paper mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the quantitative and qualitative analysis method to provide the scientific and reasonable basis for the project management decision-making. Through the rational combination of technology and management, this paper hopes to achieve the company's established project objectives, generate considerable economic benefits, and form an effective management system. At the same time, it provides practical reference value for the risk management of technical transformation of battery industry.
