康巴什電網(wǎng)建設(shè)與改造項目經(jīng)濟(jì)前評價研究
[Abstract]:Grid is a complex system, it is the network channel that sells the power generated by the power to the end-user. The safety and stability of the power grid is closely related to the production and life of the people. It is of great significance to the sustained, healthy and rapid development of the whole society. Due to the complexity, instability and high risk of power grid engineering construction and reconstruction projects, the decision-making of power grid engineering construction and transformation projects can not be separated from the support of pre-economic evaluation of the projects. The establishment and perfection of the pre-evaluation mechanism of power grid construction projects has become an urgent and new subject in the process of deepening the reform of the investment and financing system. On the basis of studying the theory and method of financial evaluation of general construction projects, aiming at the problems existing in the economic evaluation of power grid construction projects in the past, this paper takes Kangbashi power grid construction and transformation project as an example, combining with the actual situation of Kangbashi. On the basis of full investigation, the economic index analysis, break-even analysis, sensitivity analysis and internal economic analysis of the 110kV substation project in Kangbashi Power Grid are carried out to evaluate the economic performance of the project in four parts: economic index analysis, breakeven analysis, sensitivity analysis and internal economic analysis. This paper uses two investment schemes, respectively from the profitability, solvency, operational capacity, efficiency ratio, growth capacity of the five aspects of the project economic indicators analysis; From the break-even point and the safety margin, the paper analyzes the profit and break-even balance of the project, analyzes the sensitivity of the investment amount, the change of electricity sales to the discount rate and the degree of price increase. Finally, the internal economic benefits are analyzed from four aspects: power efficiency, quality benefit, electricity price benefit and strategic planning benefit. Through the scientific analysis and calculation, the objective evaluation conclusion is drawn, which shows the practicability of the research theory adopted in this paper.
