我國中小生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)危機管理研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)危機管理是近期許多學(xué)者和管理者高度關(guān)注及熱衷研究的一門學(xué)科,企業(yè)危機管理的核心是危機發(fā)生之前,提前預(yù)知、有預(yù)案,危機來臨時如何合理及時地按預(yù)案處理,危機發(fā)生后如何科學(xué)地管理及時總結(jié),納入新的危機管理程序中去,使得危機管理是推動企業(yè)發(fā)展的動力。 中小生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)在自身發(fā)展過程中,受環(huán)境和行業(yè)特征的影響,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)時常處于危機之中。由于中小生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)具有中小企業(yè)的普遍性特點外,,還有自身所處行業(yè)的復(fù)雜性特點,深刻把握此類企業(yè)危機形成的機理,構(gòu)建中小生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)危機管理模型,總結(jié)中小生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)進行危機管理的策略是本文研究的主要內(nèi)容。 本文首先結(jié)合國內(nèi)外眾多學(xué)者的研究成果,從多方面,多角度地對危機及危機管理的概念進行了描述,盡量全方位地了解危機及危機管理。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對我國中小生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、危機來源及形成機理進行了探索和分析。在生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)危機管理的研究方面我國起步較晚,能借鑒的資料和成果較少,尤其是針對我國生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)存在的大多數(shù)中小企業(yè)來說,更是無從下手,因此運用危機管理的理論知識來探究、引導(dǎo)中小生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的危機管理實踐就顯得尤為重要。論文在對中小生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)進行全面分析后,應(yīng)用危機管理原理構(gòu)建中小生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)危機管理模型,并對模型進行了分析和闡述,提出在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、核心團隊、質(zhì)量保障、資金鏈管理和信息溝通五個方面管理危機,并提出運用危機預(yù)防、危機處理和危機善后管理三大系統(tǒng)管控危機,希望對我國中小生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)實現(xiàn)“有效進行危機預(yù)防控制,合理運用危機處理方式,積極參與危機善后管理”有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Enterprise crisis management is a subject that many scholars and managers pay close attention to and are keen to study recently. The core of enterprise crisis management is how to deal with it in a reasonable and timely manner before the crisis occurs, anticipates in advance, has a plan, and how to deal with it in a reasonable and timely manner when the crisis comes. In order to promote the development of enterprises, how to make a scientific and timely summary of the crisis management and bring it into the new crisis management procedure is the driving force for the development of the enterprise. Small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical enterprises are often in crisis because of the influence of environment and industry characteristics in their own development process. Small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical enterprises have not only the universal characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, but also the complexity characteristics of their own industries, deeply grasp the mechanism of crisis formation of such enterprises, and construct a crisis management model for small and medium-sized bio-pharmaceutical enterprises. It is the main content of this paper to summarize the strategy of crisis management in small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical enterprises. Based on the research results of many scholars at home and abroad, this paper describes the concept of crisis and crisis management from many aspects and perspectives, and tries to understand the crisis and crisis management as far as possible. On this basis, the status quo, crisis sources and formation mechanism of small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical enterprises in China were explored and analyzed. In the biological medicine industry crisis management research aspect our country starts late, can draw lessons from the data and the achievement is less, especially for our country biomedicine profession existence most small and medium-sized enterprises, it is impossible to start even more. Therefore, it is very important to use the theoretical knowledge of crisis management to explore and guide the practice of crisis management in small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical enterprises. After an overall analysis of the small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical enterprises, this paper applies the crisis management principle to construct the crisis management model of the small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical enterprises, analyzes and expounds the model, and puts forward the following aspects: enterprise strategy, core team, quality assurance, and so on. The management of crisis in five aspects of fund chain management and information communication, and put forward the use of crisis prevention, crisis management and crisis management system to control the crisis, hoping to achieve "effective crisis prevention and control for small and medium-sized bio-pharmaceutical enterprises in China," Rational use of crisis management, active participation in crisis management "is beneficial."
