工業(yè)碳強(qiáng)度差異與收斂性研究——基于重慶數(shù)據(jù)

【摘要】：為了解工業(yè)碳強(qiáng)度分布變化演進(jìn)過(guò)程,有必要對(duì)不同工業(yè)碳強(qiáng)度的行業(yè)分布差異和收斂性變化軌跡進(jìn)行研究。文章結(jié)合分布差異測(cè)算和收斂性檢驗(yàn)技術(shù),對(duì)1999~2011年重慶市工業(yè)碳強(qiáng)度的行業(yè)分布變化進(jìn)行研究與比較。研究結(jié)果顯示:研究期間重慶市工業(yè)碳強(qiáng)度的行業(yè)分布差異呈現(xiàn)出波動(dòng)下降的變化軌跡,1999~2008年間行業(yè)差異通過(guò)絕對(duì)β檢驗(yàn),2011年重慶工業(yè)碳排放行業(yè)分布出現(xiàn)了顯著的俱樂(lè)部收斂,全行業(yè)收斂為四峰,制造業(yè)收斂為三峰。重慶工業(yè)碳強(qiáng)度的行業(yè)分布特性表明重慶工業(yè)碳排放經(jīng)歷了從粗放到出現(xiàn)一定管理的過(guò)程;顯著的俱樂(lè)部收斂性表明,應(yīng)當(dāng)針對(duì)不同俱樂(lè)部的行業(yè)制定具有差別的碳排放監(jiān)管政策。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the evolution process of industrial carbon intensity distribution, it is necessary to study the industrial distribution difference and convergence trajectory of different industrial carbon intensity. This paper studies and compares the industrial distribution changes of industrial carbon intensity in Chongqing from 1999 to 2011, combining with the measurement of distribution difference and convergence test technique. The results show that the industrial distribution differences of industrial carbon intensity in Chongqing during the study period show a fluctuating and decreasing trajectory, and the industrial differences between 1999 and 2008 passed the absolute beta test. In 2011, the distribution of industrial carbon emissions in Chongqing showed significant club convergence, the whole industry converged to four peaks, and the manufacturing industry converged to three peaks. The industrial distribution characteristics of industrial carbon intensity in Chongqing indicate that industrial carbon emissions in Chongqing have experienced a process from extensive to certain management. Significant club convergence suggests that different club industries should have different regulatory policies on carbon emissions.
