TJRQ公司員工職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理特別強(qiáng)調(diào)員工的業(yè)績(jī)、把對(duì)員工的開(kāi)發(fā)作為取得組織效益的重要來(lái)源的同時(shí),同時(shí)也將滿足員工的需求、保證員工的個(gè)人發(fā)展作為組織的重要目標(biāo)。在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中,員工不僅僅是組織運(yùn)作的工具和要素,同時(shí)其本身也已成為組織存在和發(fā)展的目的。正是在“以人為本”的管理理論的引導(dǎo)下,愈來(lái)愈多的企業(yè)開(kāi)始重視員工的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃。 本文研究的目標(biāo)旨在通過(guò)對(duì)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃相關(guān)理論的梳理、學(xué)習(xí)、研究,利用發(fā)放問(wèn)卷的形式對(duì)TJRQ公司職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行歸納和分析,提出一套適合該公司發(fā)展需求的職業(yè)生涯設(shè)計(jì)方案,已達(dá)到提高員工的工作積極性、滿意度和忠誠(chéng)度,同時(shí)幫助企業(yè)挖掘培養(yǎng)人才、留住人才的目標(biāo),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)和員工共贏的局面。
[Abstract]:Modern enterprise management emphasizes the performance of employees, regards the development of employees as an important source of organizational benefits, at the same time, it will also meet the needs of employees, and ensure the personal development of employees as an important goal of the organization. In modern enterprises, employees are not only the tools and elements of organization operation, but also the purpose of organization existence and development. Under the guidance of "people-oriented" management theory, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to their employees' career planning. The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the status quo and existing problems of career planning of TJRQ Company by combing, learning, researching and issuing questionnaires. A career design scheme suitable for the development needs of the company has been put forward, which has achieved the goal of improving the work enthusiasm, satisfaction and loyalty of the employees, while helping the enterprises to develop and train talents and retain them. Finally, the enterprise and the staff to achieve a win-win situation.
