【摘要】：隨著我國工業(yè)化進程的迅猛發(fā)展，設(shè)備管理已成為企業(yè)整體管理的重要組成部分。石油化工企業(yè)由于其自身特點，對生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的可靠性、可用性、經(jīng)濟性和安全性提出較高要求。如何發(fā)揮管理人員的主觀能動、機動靈活的優(yōu)勢，克服設(shè)備的工作被動、功能單一的劣勢，建立科學、規(guī)范的設(shè)備管理體系，使設(shè)備運行更加經(jīng)濟有效，是石化企業(yè)設(shè)備管理工作長期的探求目標。石大科技作為中小型石化企業(yè)，隨著企業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模擴大、設(shè)備數(shù)量增多、自動化程度和復(fù)雜程度提高，建立以信息化為基礎(chǔ)、以可靠性為中心、人機關(guān)系和諧的創(chuàng)新型設(shè)備管理體系已成為企業(yè)設(shè)備管理工作發(fā)展的新要求。 本文介紹了在石化企業(yè)建立創(chuàng)新型設(shè)備管理模式的背景和意義，并對設(shè)備管理和人機關(guān)系研究的理論進行簡要介紹。在總結(jié)和對比國內(nèi)外設(shè)備管理理論、方法和經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上，創(chuàng)新提出了在設(shè)備管理中建立和諧人機關(guān)系的重要性，并通過分析石大科技設(shè)備管理工作中人機關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀，提出建立人機和諧的創(chuàng)新型設(shè)備管理體系的對策，并在實踐中進行了應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization in China, equipment management has become an important part of the overall management of enterprises. Because of its own characteristics, petrochemical enterprises put forward higher requirements for reliability, availability, economy and safety of production equipment. How to give full play to the subjective initiative and flexibility of the managers, overcome the disadvantages of passive work and single function of the equipment, establish a scientific and standardized equipment management system, and make the operation of the equipment more economical and effective, Is the petrochemical enterprise equipment management work long-term exploration goal. As a small and medium-sized petrochemical enterprise, Shida science and technology, with the expansion of production scale, the increase in the number of equipment, the degree of automation and complexity, the establishment of information-based, reliability as the center, The innovative equipment management system with harmonious man-machine relationship has become a new requirement for the development of enterprise equipment management. This paper introduces the background and significance of establishing innovative equipment management model in petrochemical enterprises, and briefly introduces the theory of equipment management and man-machine relationship research. On the basis of summing up and comparing the theories, methods and experiences of equipment management at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the importance of establishing harmonious man-machine relations in equipment management, and analyzes the present situation of man-machine relations in the management of scientific and technological equipment. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of establishing a harmonious and innovative equipment management system, and it is applied in practice.
