【摘要】：BG公司作為國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的鋼鐵企業(yè),不斷進(jìn)行管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。隨著BG公司規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,品種不斷增多,組織機(jī)構(gòu)不斷變革,原有的分散的各自為陣的檔案系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不能滿足公司業(yè)務(wù)的要求,一體化檔案信息資源管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化建設(shè)勢(shì)在必行。本文以BG公司一體化檔案信息資源管理系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的理論和思想,以現(xiàn)狀分析為基礎(chǔ),分析隨著BG公司一體化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,原有系統(tǒng)所面臨的新環(huán)境、新問題,確定系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的需求及目標(biāo),提出信息系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:對(duì)BG公司一體化檔案信息資源管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)現(xiàn)狀分析,并基于環(huán)境的改變,分析了存在的問題以及系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化需求;根據(jù)需求分析,提出BG公司一體化檔案信息資源管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化建設(shè)原則及目標(biāo),從技術(shù)方面提出一體化檔案信息資源管理系統(tǒng)各功能模塊、支持系統(tǒng)各功能模塊優(yōu)化方案;分析BG公司一體化檔案信息資源管理系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化建設(shè)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并針對(duì)這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出相應(yīng)控制措施;梳理和分析優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)所需投入,并對(duì)實(shí)施效益進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)和評(píng)估。通過分析,認(rèn)為BG公司一體化檔案信息資源管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)對(duì)BG公司一體化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)有著重要意義。通過技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面的論證,BG公司一體化檔案信息資源管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)是可行的。
[Abstract]:As a leading iron and steel enterprise in China, BG has been developing management information system. With the expansion of the scale, variety and organization of BG Company, the original distributed file system can not meet the requirements of the company's business. The optimization and construction of integrated archives information resource management system is imperative. This paper takes the integrated archives information resource management system of BG Company as the research object, applies the theory and thought of project management, based on the analysis of the current situation, analyzes the new environment that the original system faces with the development of the integration process of the BG Company. New problem, determine the system optimization requirements and objectives, information system optimization program. The main research contents are as follows: the status quo of the integrated archival information resource management system of BG Company is analyzed in detail, and based on the change of the environment, the existing problems and the system optimization requirements are analyzed. According to the demand analysis, this paper puts forward the optimization construction principle and goal of the integrated archival information resource management system of BG company, and puts forward each function module of the integrated archival information resource management system from the technical aspect, supports each function module optimization plan of the system; This paper analyzes the risks faced by the optimization construction of the integrated archives information resource management system of BG Company, and puts forward the corresponding control measures against these risks, combs and analyzes the investment needed for the optimization design, and forecasts and evaluates the benefit of the implementation. Through the analysis, it is considered that the construction of the integrated archives information resource management system of BG Company is of great significance to the advancement of the integration process of the BG Company. Through the demonstration of technology and economy, the optimization design of integrated archives information resource management system of BG Company is feasible.
