【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群（Industrial Cluster）是一種特定的空間經(jīng)濟(jì)組織形式，指的是密集在某一特定的地方范圍內(nèi)特定產(chǎn)業(yè)的具有相關(guān)合作聯(lián)系的不同規(guī)模的企業(yè)與其發(fā)展有直接聯(lián)系的各種組織和機(jī)構(gòu)等行為主體，通過(guò)復(fù)雜的網(wǎng)狀關(guān)系緊密聯(lián)系的空間集聚體，介于市場(chǎng)和等級(jí)制之間。隨著我國(guó)80年代改革開(kāi)放及經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展，沿海地區(qū)的工業(yè)受惠于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展政策得到很大的發(fā)展，產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的現(xiàn)象隨之產(chǎn)生。現(xiàn)今學(xué)術(shù)界，政府以及企業(yè)界對(duì)于如何這種促成競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的形成、在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群存在哪些競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)、特定區(qū)域特定行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展歷史、戰(zhàn)略定位及升級(jí)等產(chǎn)業(yè)集群相關(guān)研究的意義越來(lái)越得到高度關(guān)注和重視，與此相關(guān)的研究在數(shù)量和深度上得到擴(kuò)展。 經(jīng)過(guò)改革開(kāi)放30年的發(fā)展，作為中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放的先行地區(qū)和前沿陣地，在眾多珠三角的發(fā)達(dá)城市中，中山市以其特有的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群模式為其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了良好的基礎(chǔ)，，值得研究和借鑒。目前中山市已建成27個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地，8家國(guó)家火炬計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)扎根在此，擁有超過(guò)400個(gè)省級(jí)以上名牌名標(biāo)產(chǎn)品稱(chēng)號(hào)。在這些眾多專(zhuān)業(yè)鎮(zhèn)中，聞名中外大涌鎮(zhèn)紅木家具產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在規(guī)模以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力上都有著極大的潛力和發(fā)展空間。中山紅木家具起源于上世紀(jì)70年代，行業(yè)歷經(jīng)30多年的錘煉和積累，已發(fā)展成規(guī)�；�、專(zhuān)業(yè)化、科技化和現(xiàn)代化的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，紅木家具銷(xiāo)售輻射全國(guó)各地。中山市擁有中國(guó)紅木家具生產(chǎn)專(zhuān)業(yè)鎮(zhèn)、中國(guó)紅木雕刻藝術(shù)之鄉(xiāng)大涌鎮(zhèn)。隨著幾十年的積累和發(fā)展，大涌鎮(zhèn)已成為國(guó)內(nèi)規(guī)模最大的紅木家具生產(chǎn)基地，形成并在具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的區(qū)域特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。 本文通過(guò)實(shí)地訪談、調(diào)查等形式搜集大涌紅木家具產(chǎn)業(yè)本地的原始資料，通過(guò)查找互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、書(shū)籍等方式獲取相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)及相關(guān)資料，采用宏觀與微觀相結(jié)合的方法，對(duì)大涌紅木家具產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究分析，揭示出該產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展過(guò)程中目前存在缺乏龍頭企業(yè)的帶動(dòng)、研發(fā)和創(chuàng)新的力量仍顯薄弱、產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化依然嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)秩序不規(guī)范、融資環(huán)境嚴(yán)峻、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)者隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)偏低和家族式管理、區(qū)域合作精神不足等問(wèn)題，進(jìn)而分析該產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展定位及發(fā)展思路，提出加大研發(fā)投入、規(guī)范市場(chǎng)等一系列產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)發(fā)展及其策略研究。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster (Industrial Cluster) is a special form of spatial economic organization. Refers to actors such as organizations and institutions that are directly linked to the development of enterprises of different sizes that are closely associated with a specific industry within a particular local context, The spatial agglomeration, which is closely related to the complex network, lies between the market and hierarchy. With the rapid development of China's reform and opening up and economy in the 1980s, the industry in coastal areas benefited from the economic development policy has been greatly developed, the phenomenon of industrial clusters has emerged. At present, academia, government and business circles are concerned about how to promote the formation of competitive advantage, what competitive advantages exist in industrial clusters, and the development history of specific industrial clusters in specific regions. The significance of industrial cluster research, such as strategic positioning and upgrading, has been paid more and more attention, and the related research has been expanded in quantity and depth. After 30 years of reform and opening up, Zhongshan City, as the leading area and front position of China's reform and opening up, has provided a good foundation for its industrial development with its unique industrial cluster model in many developed cities in the Pearl River Delta. It is worth studying and drawing lessons from. At present, Zhongshan City has established 27 national industrial bases, 8 key high-tech enterprises of the National Torch Program have taken root here, and have more than 400 famous brand names and product titles above the provincial level. Among these professional towns, the mahogany furniture industry cluster in Dagong Town has great potential and development space in scale and competitiveness. Zhongshan mahogany furniture originated in the 1970s, the industry has developed into a large-scale, specialized, scientific and modern industrial cluster, and the sales of mahogany furniture have radiated all over the country. Zhongshan City has China mahogany furniture production professional town, Chinese mahogany carving art town. With decades of accumulation and development, Dagong Town has become the largest mahogany furniture production base in China, forming and competitive regional characteristics of industrial clusters. In this paper, through field interviews, investigations and other forms of collection of local raw materials of Dayong mahogany furniture industry, through the search of the Internet, books and other ways to obtain relevant theoretical basic knowledge and relevant information, using the method of combining macro and micro. Through the detailed research and analysis of Dazhong mahogany furniture industry cluster, it is revealed that there is a lack of leading enterprises in the development of the industrial cluster, the strength of R & D and innovation is still weak, and the product homogeneity is still a serious problem. The competition order is not standard, the financing environment is severe, the quality of the enterprise operator team is on the low side and the family type management, the spirit of regional cooperation is insufficient and so on, and then analyzes the development orientation and the development thought of the industrial cluster, and puts forward to increase the R & D investment. A series of industrial cluster upgrading and development and its strategy research, such as standardizing the market.
