持續(xù)金融危機(jī)下中國(guó)制造業(yè)企業(yè)國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the basic problems of the internationalization development strategy of Chinese manufacturing enterprises under the continuous financial crisis. On the basis of this, it also discusses how our manufacturing enterprises move further to the international market. In order to meet the more difficult challenge, a set of international strategic countermeasures which can be used for reference and selected are put forward. The internationalization of enterprises is a very practical research topic, especially in the context of the sustained financial crisis, both our government and the enterprises themselves should actively adjust the countermeasures. Taking the internationalization strategy adopted by Huawei Company under the continuous financial crisis as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive summary and analysis of the measures taken by Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The full text is divided into six chapters, first is the introduction, elaborated the thesis writing background, the writing significance, the related literature review as well as the research method which this paper uses; The second chapter is related to the definition of concepts, mainly analyzes the crisis theory, enterprise internationalization theory, the connotation and evolution of the sustained financial crisis theory; The third chapter is the status quo of the internationalization development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, mainly analyzes the process and current situation of the internationalization development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, the fourth chapter is the choice and construction of the internationalization strategy of Chinese manufacturing enterprises under the sustained financial crisis. The fifth chapter is the implementation and control of the internationalization strategy of Chinese manufacturing enterprises under the continuous financial crisis; The sixth chapter mainly from the industrial organization structure, enterprise micro organization structure and other four aspects of the study, the seventh chapter is a case study, mainly introduced the implementation of the international strategy of Huawei Group, and made a brief analysis of it; The deficiency of this paper is analyzed and the further prospect is put forward.
