【摘要】：在競爭激烈的風(fēng)力發(fā)電市場中，企業(yè)為獲得競爭優(yōu)勢和經(jīng)營成功，在全球化、信息化的競爭環(huán)境中立于不敗之地，運(yùn)用精益六西格瑪?shù)墓芾響?zhàn)略，在企業(yè)發(fā)展中永不停止地追求完美和卓越。 本篇論文以維斯塔斯公司作為研究對象，以六西格瑪管理、精益生產(chǎn)和精益六西格瑪?shù)乃枷牒头椒槔碚撘罁?jù)，對現(xiàn)有的存在問題的生產(chǎn)工藝流程進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，消除浪費(fèi)，提高過程質(zhì)量控制的穩(wěn)定性和六西格瑪水平，從而提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率，增強(qiáng)維斯塔斯公司在風(fēng)力發(fā)電行業(yè)的市場競爭力。 首先，本篇論文闡述了維斯塔斯公司實施精益六西格瑪?shù)恼w規(guī)劃，詳細(xì)介紹了公司如何推動精益六西格瑪管理，公司對精益六西格瑪思想的理解以及公司實施精益六西格瑪管理的具體步驟。同時，還介紹了精益六西格瑪項目在維斯塔斯公司是如何開展的。 然后，本篇論文對維斯塔斯公司的精益六西格瑪項目案例進(jìn)行具體研究，按照定義、測量、分析、改進(jìn)和控制的DMAIC步驟，運(yùn)用合適的精益和六西格瑪?shù)姆椒ê凸ぞ�，進(jìn)行精益六西格瑪過程改進(jìn)。 最后，本篇論文結(jié)尾部分針對實施精益六西格瑪整體規(guī)劃和開展精益六西格瑪項目的研究進(jìn)行分析并得出進(jìn)一步的結(jié)論，同時展望企業(yè)推行精益六西格瑪管理以持續(xù)發(fā)展的未來趨勢，，精益六西格瑪管理的應(yīng)用范圍也將會越來越廣泛。
[Abstract]:In the competitive wind power market, in order to obtain the competitive advantage and successful management, the enterprise is in an invincible position in the competitive environment of globalization and information, and applies the management strategy of Lean six Sigma. In the enterprise development, never stop the pursuit of perfection and excellence. This paper takes Vestas Company as the research object, takes six Sigma management, lean production and Lean six Sigma as the theoretical basis to improve the existing production process and eliminate waste. Improve the stability of process quality control and six Sigma level, thus improve product quality and production efficiency, enhance Vestas market competitiveness in the wind power industry. First of all, this paper expounds the overall plan of implementing Lean six Sigma in Vestas Company, and introduces in detail how the company promotes Lean six Sigma Management. The company's understanding of Lean six Sigma and the implementation of Lean six Sigma management. At the same time, it introduces how Lean six Sigma Project is carried out in Vestas. Then, this paper studies the Lean six Sigma Project case of Vestas Company, and applies appropriate Lean and six Sigma methods and tools according to the DMAIC steps of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Lean six Sigma process improvement. Finally, at the end of this paper, the author analyzes the overall planning of Lean six Sigma and the research of Lean six Sigma Project, and draws further conclusions. At the same time, the application of Lean six Sigma Management will be more and more extensive.
