我國(guó)制藥企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道研究

【摘要】:在日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下,營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道的選擇直接決定了制藥企業(yè)的興衰。好的企業(yè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道可以使資源整合、融資有效、提高企業(yè)的管理效能與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的控制力,并且可以使得產(chǎn)品在客戶(hù)價(jià)值最大化的過(guò)程中始終保持贏利。同樣,如果營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道無(wú)法跟上市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),就會(huì)使企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)中不斷喪失企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與它所占有的市場(chǎng)份額。 近幾年我國(guó)醫(yī)藥流通渠道發(fā)生了很大的變化,使得以往的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道已經(jīng)無(wú)法繼續(xù)支撐企業(yè)更好的生存與發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的由生產(chǎn)企業(yè)出發(fā)、經(jīng)過(guò)商業(yè)單位配送到各級(jí)醫(yī)院與藥店的模式雖然沒(méi)有太大變化,但是這三個(gè)基本環(huán)節(jié)的數(shù)量和結(jié)構(gòu)卻發(fā)生了很大的變化,尤其是企業(yè)的商業(yè)配送渠道方面的變化使得企業(yè)整個(gè)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)模式也隨之改變。然而,很多企業(yè)無(wú)法適應(yīng)這種改變相繼倒閉或者轉(zhuǎn)讓股份,也有一些企業(yè)脫穎而出,改變營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略、適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)大環(huán)境的改變,使其立于制藥企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的不敗之地。因此我們可以看出,營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道的選擇與管理顯得十分重要。 本文以西安楊森制藥公司為例,采用案例分析的主要方法,從營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道的基礎(chǔ)理論出發(fā),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、歸納法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法以及對(duì)比分析等方法,論述我國(guó)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)及制藥企業(yè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道現(xiàn)狀,,總結(jié)出了包括我國(guó)制藥企業(yè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、渠道終端混亂、渠道沖突嚴(yán)重、招投標(biāo)制度不完善等四個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)西安楊森制藥在營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道方面的分析,我們可以看出,楊森采用了靈活的渠道結(jié)構(gòu)、全面的醫(yī)藥商務(wù)平臺(tái)和SCM信息管理系統(tǒng)、同時(shí)注重對(duì)醫(yī)藥代表及其他員工的培訓(xùn),這些方法優(yōu)化了企業(yè)渠道、使企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。通過(guò)總結(jié)和分析,我們從很多方面獲得了對(duì)我國(guó)其他制藥企業(yè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道選擇和發(fā)展的啟示。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly fierce market competition, the choice of marketing channels directly determines the rise and fall of pharmaceutical enterprises. Good marketing channels can make resources integration, financing effective, improve the management efficiency and risk control of enterprises, and make the products always keep profit in the process of maximizing customer value. Similarly, if the marketing channel can not keep up with the trend of market development, the enterprise will lose its competitiveness and market share. In recent years, great changes have taken place in the distribution channels of medicine in our country, which makes the marketing channels in the past unable to continue to support the better survival and development of enterprises. Although the pattern of distribution from commercial units to hospitals and pharmacies at all levels has not changed much, the number and structure of these three basic links have changed greatly. Especially, the change of the commercial distribution channel makes the whole marketing mode of the enterprise change with it. However, many enterprises can not adapt to this change to close down or transfer shares in succession, and some enterprises stand out, change their marketing strategies, adapt to the changes of the market environment, make them in an invincible position in the competition of pharmaceutical enterprises. Therefore, we can see that the choice of marketing channels and management is very important. This article takes Xi'an Yang Sen Pharmaceutical Company as an example, adopts the main method of case analysis, starting from the basic theory of marketing channel, using the methods of literature analysis, induction, field investigation and comparative analysis, etc. This paper discusses the current situation of the pharmaceutical industry and the marketing channels of pharmaceutical enterprises in our country, and summarizes four problems, including unreasonable marketing channel structure, chaotic channel terminal, serious channel conflict, imperfect bidding system and so on. By analyzing the marketing channels of Xi'an Yang Sen Pharmaceutical Company, we can see that Yang Sen has adopted a flexible channel structure, a comprehensive pharmaceutical business platform and a SCM information management system, and at the same time it pays attention to the training of pharmaceutical representatives and other staff. These methods optimize the enterprise channel and make the enterprise in an invincible position in the market competition. Through summing up and analyzing, we have obtained the enlightenment to the marketing channel selection and development of other pharmaceutical enterprises in our country from many aspects.
