國(guó)家電網(wǎng)控代型公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)全過程評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界研究與關(guān)注重點(diǎn),與此同時(shí),作為企業(yè)文化建設(shè)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)的控代型公司也逐步認(rèn)識(shí)到文化建設(shè)的重要作用及價(jià)值。國(guó)家電網(wǎng)提出了“建設(shè)和弘揚(yáng)統(tǒng)一的企業(yè)文化”的文化建設(shè)要求,并將其下屬的控代型公司作為企業(yè)文化建設(shè)工作的重點(diǎn)。然而,對(duì)于國(guó)家電網(wǎng)控代型公司的文化建設(shè)工作,如何建立一套科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)、有效的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的有效、準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估,發(fā)掘企業(yè)文化建設(shè)過程中存在的問題及薄弱環(huán)節(jié),進(jìn)而為控代型公司文化建設(shè)工作提供科學(xué)、有效的指導(dǎo)意見,已經(jīng)成為關(guān)系到國(guó)家電網(wǎng)企業(yè)文化整體建設(shè)水平提升以及控代型公司文化建設(shè)水平提升的關(guān)鍵問題�;诖�,本文在研究企業(yè)文化及文化建設(shè)理論與企業(yè)實(shí)際調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一套面向企業(yè)文化建設(shè)全過程的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;同時(shí),將AHP-熵權(quán)法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法應(yīng)用到文化建設(shè)過程的綜合評(píng)價(jià)中,并將本文構(gòu)建的文化建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)體系應(yīng)用到四川省電力公司下屬控代型公司文化建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)踐中,對(duì)本評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行初步的應(yīng)用與驗(yàn)證。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 首先,論文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)文化建設(shè)以及文化建設(shè)評(píng)估研究現(xiàn)狀、企業(yè)文化及文化建設(shè)相關(guān)理論、國(guó)家電網(wǎng)文化建設(shè)內(nèi)涵及要求進(jìn)行了分析,系統(tǒng)梳理并優(yōu)化了國(guó)家電網(wǎng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的一般建設(shè)過程。 第二,基于“過程質(zhì)量控制”的思想,本文針對(duì)控代型公司的發(fā)展特征、文化特征以及文化建設(shè)過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行了研究,從國(guó)家電網(wǎng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)一般過程的角度出發(fā),構(gòu)建了一套面向控代型公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)全過程的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 第三,論文分析比較當(dāng)前常用的幾種指標(biāo)權(quán)重確定方法,基于企業(yè)文化建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)體系多目標(biāo)、多準(zhǔn)則的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)特性,本文采用AHP-熵權(quán)這一主客觀相結(jié)合的綜合賦權(quán)方法,有效提高了指標(biāo)權(quán)重確定的客觀性和準(zhǔn)確性;同時(shí),分析比較了目前常用的幾種不確定問題綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,基于企業(yè)文化建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)的不確定性、模糊性特征,本文采用多級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)綜合評(píng)價(jià),保障了評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的合理性、可信性。最終,基于上述研究,本文構(gòu)建了基于AHP-熵權(quán)法的控代型公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。 最后,論文將上述研究成果應(yīng)用到四川省電力公司下屬控代型公司文化建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)踐中,對(duì)控代型公司文化建設(shè)過程進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià),并根據(jù)評(píng)估過程與結(jié)果指出了文化建設(shè)過程中存在的問題和薄弱環(huán)節(jié),,提出了相應(yīng)的改善和優(yōu)化建議,達(dá)到了提升企業(yè)文化建設(shè)水平的目的,驗(yàn)證了本文提出的學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用模型的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:At present, corporate culture construction has become the focus of academic and business circles. At the same time, as a weak link in corporate culture construction, the generation control companies have gradually realized the important role and value of cultural construction. The State Grid has put forward the cultural construction requirements of "building and carrying forward the unified enterprise culture", and has taken the subordinate company as the focal point of the enterprise culture construction work. However, how to establish a set of scientific, systematic and effective evaluation system of enterprise culture construction to realize the effective and accurate evaluation of enterprise culture construction, Explore the problems and weak links in the process of corporate culture construction, and then provide scientific and effective guidance for the construction of the culture of the controlled generation company. It has become a key issue related to the promotion of the overall level of corporate culture construction of the State Grid and the cultural construction level of the generation control companies. Based on this, based on the research of corporate culture and cultural construction theory and enterprise practice, this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system which is oriented to the whole process of enterprise culture construction. At the same time, the AHP- entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the cultural construction process, and the cultural construction evaluation system constructed in this paper is applied to the cultural construction evaluation practice of Sichuan Electric Power Company. The preliminary application and verification of the evaluation system are carried out. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the thesis analyzes the present situation of enterprise culture construction at home and abroad, the related theories of enterprise culture and culture construction, the connotation and requirements of national power grid culture construction. It systematically combs and optimizes the general construction process of enterprise culture construction of State Grid. Second, based on the thought of "process quality control", this paper studies the development characteristics, cultural characteristics and the problems in the process of cultural construction of the company, starting from the point of view of the general process of enterprise culture construction in the State Grid. A set of evaluation index system for the whole process of enterprise culture construction in the controlled generation company is constructed. Thirdly, this paper analyzes and compares several commonly used index weight determination methods. Based on the complex system characteristics of multi-objective and multi-criteria of enterprise culture construction evaluation system, this paper adopts AHP- entropy weight, which combines subjective and objective comprehensive weighting method. The objectivity and accuracy of index weight determination are improved effectively. At the same time, several general evaluation methods of uncertain problems are analyzed and compared. Based on the characteristics of uncertainty and fuzziness in the evaluation of enterprise culture construction, this paper adopts multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out comprehensive evaluation of enterprise culture construction. It ensures the rationality and credibility of the evaluation results. Finally, based on the above research, this paper constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of corporate culture construction based on AHP- entropy weight method. Finally, the paper applies the above research results to the cultural construction evaluation practice of Sichuan Electric Power Company, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the process of cultural construction. According to the evaluation process and results, the paper points out the existing problems and weak links in the process of cultural construction, puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement and optimization, and achieves the purpose of improving the level of enterprise culture construction. The validity and feasibility of the academic viewpoint and application model presented in this paper are verified.
