國(guó)家電網(wǎng)控代型公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)全過程評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:At present, corporate culture construction has become the focus of academic and business circles. At the same time, as a weak link in corporate culture construction, the generation control companies have gradually realized the important role and value of cultural construction. The State Grid has put forward the cultural construction requirements of "building and carrying forward the unified enterprise culture", and has taken the subordinate company as the focal point of the enterprise culture construction work. However, how to establish a set of scientific, systematic and effective evaluation system of enterprise culture construction to realize the effective and accurate evaluation of enterprise culture construction, Explore the problems and weak links in the process of corporate culture construction, and then provide scientific and effective guidance for the construction of the culture of the controlled generation company. It has become a key issue related to the promotion of the overall level of corporate culture construction of the State Grid and the cultural construction level of the generation control companies. Based on this, based on the research of corporate culture and cultural construction theory and enterprise practice, this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system which is oriented to the whole process of enterprise culture construction. At the same time, the AHP- entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the cultural construction process, and the cultural construction evaluation system constructed in this paper is applied to the cultural construction evaluation practice of Sichuan Electric Power Company. The preliminary application and verification of the evaluation system are carried out. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the thesis analyzes the present situation of enterprise culture construction at home and abroad, the related theories of enterprise culture and culture construction, the connotation and requirements of national power grid culture construction. It systematically combs and optimizes the general construction process of enterprise culture construction of State Grid. Second, based on the thought of "process quality control", this paper studies the development characteristics, cultural characteristics and the problems in the process of cultural construction of the company, starting from the point of view of the general process of enterprise culture construction in the State Grid. A set of evaluation index system for the whole process of enterprise culture construction in the controlled generation company is constructed. Thirdly, this paper analyzes and compares several commonly used index weight determination methods. Based on the complex system characteristics of multi-objective and multi-criteria of enterprise culture construction evaluation system, this paper adopts AHP- entropy weight, which combines subjective and objective comprehensive weighting method. The objectivity and accuracy of index weight determination are improved effectively. At the same time, several general evaluation methods of uncertain problems are analyzed and compared. Based on the characteristics of uncertainty and fuzziness in the evaluation of enterprise culture construction, this paper adopts multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out comprehensive evaluation of enterprise culture construction. It ensures the rationality and credibility of the evaluation results. Finally, based on the above research, this paper constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of corporate culture construction based on AHP- entropy weight method. Finally, the paper applies the above research results to the cultural construction evaluation practice of Sichuan Electric Power Company, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the process of cultural construction. According to the evaluation process and results, the paper points out the existing problems and weak links in the process of cultural construction, puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement and optimization, and achieves the purpose of improving the level of enterprise culture construction. The validity and feasibility of the academic viewpoint and application model presented in this paper are verified.
