勝利油田技術(shù)檢測中心文化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:近年來,技術(shù)檢測中心的發(fā)展建設(shè)已經(jīng)證明了企業(yè)文化在整體發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮的巨大作用。但隨著政治經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的發(fā)展,隨著內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境的變化,技術(shù)檢測中心企業(yè)文化研究需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和完善,企業(yè)文化內(nèi)涵需要進(jìn)一步豐富和升華,有必要對相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行充實(shí)、調(diào)整、完善,使之適應(yīng)新的變化了的形勢,適應(yīng)技術(shù)檢測中心新的發(fā)展要求。該研究專題旨在系統(tǒng)總結(jié)回顧技術(shù)檢測中心企業(yè)文化建設(shè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),借鑒當(dāng)代企業(yè)文化最新研究成果,結(jié)合技術(shù)檢測中心整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略部署,分析技術(shù)檢測中心企業(yè)文化建設(shè)過程中存在的問題和不足,探討技術(shù)檢測中心企業(yè)文化建設(shè)發(fā)展的方向,擬定企業(yè)文化創(chuàng)新的措施,從而對技術(shù)檢測中心的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)和整體發(fā)展起到添磚加瓦的作用。本文通過對勝利油田企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)地調(diào)研,系統(tǒng)地收集了勝利油田企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)資料、信息。在對調(diào)查結(jié)論進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上指出技術(shù)檢測中心文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與新的環(huán)境變化的不適應(yīng)之處。并針對技術(shù)檢測中心的文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與環(huán)境的發(fā)展變化不相適應(yīng)之處,結(jié)合勝利油田新的戰(zhàn)略對勝利文化建設(shè)的要求,提出了構(gòu)建能夠融入勝利油田文化建設(shè)體系的文化建設(shè)方案,以及文化建設(shè)路徑。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)市場化進(jìn)程的日益深入,企業(yè)差別化競爭越來越鮮明地表現(xiàn)為企業(yè)文化特色與成熟程度的競爭。技術(shù)檢測中心對于文化理念的建設(shè)是一個(gè)循序漸進(jìn)的過程,首先需要解決的是文化理念的普及問題,只有建立一個(gè)全員承認(rèn)的文化氛圍,才有可能將文化建設(shè)與企業(yè)管理制度完美的融合為一體,,使得企業(yè)文化成為一種推動(dòng)力,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development and construction of technology testing center has proved the great role of corporate culture in the whole development process. However, with the development of political and economic situation and the change of internal and external development environment, the research of enterprise culture in the center of technology testing needs to be further strengthened and perfected, and the connotation of enterprise culture needs to be further enriched and sublimated. It is necessary to enrich, adjust and perfect the relevant contents to adapt to the new changed situation and the new development requirements of the technical testing center. The purpose of this research topic is to systematically summarize and review the experience of enterprise culture construction and development in the technology testing center, draw lessons from the latest research results of contemporary enterprise culture, and combine the overall development strategy of the technology testing center. This paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the process of enterprise culture construction in the technology testing center, probes into the direction of the development of the enterprise culture construction in the technology detection center, and draws up the measures for the innovation of the enterprise culture. Thus, the enterprise culture construction and the overall development of the technology testing center play a role of building blocks. Through the field investigation on the present situation of enterprise culture construction in Shengli Oilfield, this paper systematically collects the relevant information and information of enterprise culture construction in Shengli Oilfield. Based on the empirical analysis of the investigation results, the author points out that the present situation of the cultural construction of the technology detection center is not suitable for the new environmental changes. In view of the fact that the present situation of cultural construction and the development and change of the environment are not suitable for the technology inspection center, the new strategy of Shengli Oilfield requires the construction of Shengli culture. This paper puts forward a cultural construction scheme and a path of cultural construction which can be integrated into the cultural construction system of Shengli Oilfield. With the deepening of the process of economic marketization, the differentiated competition of enterprises is more and more evident in the competition of the characteristics and maturity of enterprise culture. The technical testing center is a gradual process for the construction of cultural concepts. The first thing to be solved is the popularization of cultural concepts. It is possible to integrate the cultural construction with the enterprise management system, which makes the corporate culture become a driving force and create value for the enterprise.
