【摘要】：人類已經(jīng)有了幾百萬年的歷史，而今天的人們可能不容易注意到，在過去的一個(gè)世紀(jì)，人類的平均壽命幾乎增長了一倍。自從1897年阿司匹林的面世，西藥的誕生讓人類的生命獲得了延長，生活品質(zhì)得到了提高。而西藥發(fā)展到今日，仍然有許多疾病束手無策，對有些疾病的治療效果不能讓人滿意，而抗生素的濫用也一直是人類的困擾。中藥有著悠久的歷史，全球回歸自然的思潮讓中醫(yī)藥的市場不斷拓寬。臺灣中醫(yī)藥與祖國大陸同宗同源，近年來的發(fā)展速度較快，生物技術(shù)的不斷提高使中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)有著廣闊的前景。生物科技被視為臺灣的下一個(gè)明星產(chǎn)業(yè)，中藥是較被看好的領(lǐng)域之一，臺灣政府全力支持中草藥產(chǎn)業(yè)。 本研究是關(guān)于臺灣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，通過產(chǎn)業(yè)分析理論SWOT分析、五力分析以及價(jià)值鏈分析來分析臺灣中藥發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及其存在的優(yōu)勢和問題，并提出相關(guān)的建議。文章的內(nèi)容主要分為六個(gè)部分：第一部分為緒論，主要介紹研究的背景、意義以及文獻(xiàn)探討；第二部分介紹國際中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r；第三部分介紹臺灣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)分析，包括了臺灣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)況、政策及制藥技術(shù)；第四部分通過SWOT分析和五力分析兩種產(chǎn)業(yè)分析方法分析臺灣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢和其競爭力；第五部分分析臺灣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈，提出存在的問題和解決問題的方法；第六部分為結(jié)論和推動(dòng)臺灣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策和建議。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，臺灣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展雖較中國大陸經(jīng)營管理、研發(fā)實(shí)力上有著一定優(yōu)勢，但產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展仍存在藥材來源品質(zhì)不穩(wěn)定，科研投入不均衡，法律法規(guī)不完善，企業(yè)規(guī)模多為中小型，營銷渠道主要為內(nèi)銷等問題。針對臺灣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題，本文提出了相關(guān)的對策建議：加強(qiáng)兩岸中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)合作，保證臺灣中藥材品質(zhì)的穩(wěn)定；重視臺灣中藥人才培育，提高中藥研發(fā)水平；健全臺灣中藥法規(guī)，構(gòu)建良好的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境，實(shí)現(xiàn)中藥專利的保護(hù)；完善中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)金融服務(wù)體系，合并中藥中小企業(yè)以提高競爭力；拓寬中藥營銷渠道，，大力發(fā)展中藥保健品。有利于臺灣適應(yīng)世界中藥發(fā)展潮流，加速度中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化和國際化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Humans have been around for millions of years, and it may not be easy to notice today that the average life expectancy has almost doubled over the past century. Since the advent of aspirin in 1897, the birth of western medicine has extended human life and improved the quality of life. The development of Western medicine today, there are still many diseases can not be done, the treatment of some diseases are not satisfactory, and the abuse of antibiotics has been a human problem. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history, the global trend of thought of returning to nature to expand the market of traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in Taiwan is of the same ancestry with the mainland of China. The development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is fast in recent years, and the development of biotechnology has made the Chinese medicine industry have a broad prospect. Biotechnology is seen as Taiwan's next star industry, traditional Chinese medicine is one of the more promising areas, Taiwan's government fully supports the Chinese herbal medicine industry. This study is about the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Taiwan. Through the industrial analysis theory SWOT analysis, five-force analysis and value chain analysis to analyze the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Taiwan and its advantages and problems, and put forward relevant suggestions. The content of the article is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, the significance and the literature discussion, the second part introduces the international traditional Chinese medicine industry overall development situation; The third part introduces the structure of Taiwan's traditional Chinese medicine industry, including the development of Taiwan's traditional Chinese medicine industry, policies and pharmaceutical technology; The fourth part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Taiwan's traditional Chinese medicine industry and its competitiveness through SWOT analysis and five-force analysis, and the fifth part analyzes the value chain of Taiwan's traditional Chinese medicine industry, and puts forward the existing problems and solutions. The sixth part is the conclusion and the countermeasure and suggestion to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Taiwan. The study found that although Taiwan's traditional Chinese medicine industry has some advantages over mainland China's management and R & D strength, the development of Taiwan's traditional Chinese medicine industry is still characterized by unstable quality of medicinal materials, uneven investment in scientific research, and imperfect laws and regulations. The enterprise scale is small and medium-sized, the marketing channel is mainly for the domestic sale and so on question. In view of the problems existing in Taiwan's traditional Chinese medicine industry, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions: strengthening cross-strait cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine industry to ensure the stability of Taiwan's traditional Chinese medicine quality, attaching importance to the cultivation of Taiwan's traditional Chinese medicine talents, and improving the level of traditional Chinese medicine research and development; Improve the laws and regulations of traditional Chinese medicine in Taiwan, build a good industrial environment, realize the protection of patent of Chinese medicine; perfect the financial service system of traditional Chinese medicine industry, merge the small and medium-sized enterprises of Chinese medicine to improve the competitiveness; broaden the marketing channels of traditional Chinese medicine and vigorously develop health care products of traditional Chinese medicine. It is advantageous for Taiwan to adapt to the trend of development of traditional Chinese medicine in the world and accelerate the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine industry.
