QC公司質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)彩涂板產(chǎn)能的增長和進口價格的提高,我國彩涂板進口量逐年下降,再加上國內(nèi)彩涂板市場已形成供大于求的局面,許多有實力的企業(yè)把目標市場轉(zhuǎn)向國外,彩涂板出口量出現(xiàn)了飛速增長,,只有高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品才能在國際市場上有立足之地。QC公司的產(chǎn)品定位于高端市場,有著較為穩(wěn)定的國際市場,隨著國內(nèi)外客戶對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求進一步的嚴格與提升,QC公司更加需要改進和完善自己的質(zhì)量管理來保障質(zhì)量、滿足客戶的要求。 論文在質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒相關(guān)企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀,對QC公司的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進行了初步的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了很多不足之處,如質(zhì)量管理體系的實施方面、質(zhì)量文化的形成方面、質(zhì)量責任制度和質(zhì)量信息化管理方面等。為了解決上述問題,論文從以上幾個方面入手,提出QC公司的質(zhì)量管理的改進方案,進一步完善質(zhì)量管理體系文件并且進行一體化的質(zhì)量管理培訓(xùn);對公司特色質(zhì)量文化提出了建設(shè)對策和建設(shè)程序;對現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品身份證制度和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量雙追溯制度進行完善等。在對質(zhì)量管理體系進行完善與改進的同時,引進先進的質(zhì)量管理方法:六西格瑪質(zhì)量管理法,對公司現(xiàn)存的彩涂板爆漆問題進行深入的探討,希望通過六西格瑪質(zhì)量管理方法在爆漆問題上的應(yīng)用,能夠舉一反三的運用到今后的質(zhì)量管理問題中,為QC公司產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量保障和提升方面做出一定的貢獻。
[Abstract]:With the increase of domestic color coated production capacity and the increase of import price, the import quantity of color coated plate in our country has decreased year by year. In addition, the domestic color coated plate market has formed a situation of oversupply. Many powerful enterprises have turned the target market to foreign countries. The export volume of color coated plates has increased rapidly, and only high-quality products can have a foothold in the international market. QC products are positioned in the high-end market and have a relatively stable international market. With the domestic and foreign customers to the product quality requirements further strict and upgrade, QC company needs to improve and improve their own quality management to ensure quality, to meet customer requirements. Based on the theoretical research of quality management, this paper analyzes the current situation of quality management in QC Company, and finds out a lot of shortcomings, such as the implementation of quality management system. The formation of quality culture, quality responsibility system and quality information management, and so on. In order to solve the above problems, the paper from the above aspects, put forward the QC quality management improvement plan, further improve the quality management system documents and integrated quality management training; This paper puts forward the construction countermeasures and construction procedures for the company's characteristic quality culture, and perfects the existing product identity card system and the product quality dual traceability system and so on. While perfecting and improving the quality management system, the paper introduces the advanced quality management method: six Sigma quality management method, and makes a thorough discussion on the existing problems of color coating and lacquer blasting in the company. It is hoped that the application of six Sigma quality management method to the problem of explosive paint can be applied to the future quality management problems and make a certain contribution to the quality assurance and promotion of QC products.
