煤礦生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)安全與效率動態(tài)協(xié)調發(fā)展度模型研究

【摘要】:煤炭資源的廣泛利用推動了我國國民經(jīng)濟建設進程,提高了人民生活水平并將繼續(xù)做出巨大貢獻。鑒于煤炭行業(yè)屬于高危行業(yè),我國煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè)往往由于重視安全而加大生產(chǎn)投入,導致生產(chǎn)過程中存在“為保安全而忽視效率”,或“企業(yè)一味追逐效率而釀成安全事故”的現(xiàn)象?紤]到煤炭行業(yè)的特殊性及資源有限性,如何權衡安全與效率這一相互制約、相互聯(lián)系又伴有時序動態(tài)特征的兩個矛盾指標,實現(xiàn)兩者動態(tài)協(xié)調發(fā)展的研究成為亟需解決的問題。 為了對煤礦生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)安全與效率的協(xié)調性進行科學全面地動態(tài)評價及優(yōu)化,本文將采用系統(tǒng)協(xié)調度思想,改進原有協(xié)調度模型,進而構建煤礦生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)安全與效率動態(tài)協(xié)調發(fā)展度模型,最后通過實證研究驗證模型的適用性和可靠性,并結合實證結果向有關煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè)提出建設性系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化對策。本文研究的主要內容包括:(1)用系統(tǒng)學原理解決煤炭生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)協(xié)調性問題。將資源有限條件下復雜系統(tǒng)資源投入的利益分配問題,轉化為復雜系統(tǒng)兩子系統(tǒng)協(xié)調發(fā)展的問題,進而結合安全與效率之間相互影響機理,采用協(xié)調發(fā)展度思想從橫向和縱向兩個角度剖析系統(tǒng)協(xié)調問題。此為解決問題的思路創(chuàng)新;(2)構建煤礦生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)安全與效率動態(tài)協(xié)調發(fā)展度模型。依據(jù)煤礦生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)安全與效率二者的理想?yún)f(xié)調狀態(tài)為評判標準,構建了復雜系統(tǒng)安全與效率靜態(tài)協(xié)調發(fā)展度模型,結合已有理論基礎和該復雜系統(tǒng)特點,基于時序幾何平均算子將原有模型動態(tài)化,增加可調節(jié)參數(shù),可根據(jù)評價者需要調整模型,具有一定的科學性、實用性和靈活性,更真實貼切地分析解決客觀問題。此為靜態(tài)模型動態(tài)化的模型創(chuàng)新;(3)實證研究。通過對河南省10家煤礦企業(yè)調研,討論影響關鍵指標及其與系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調發(fā)展機理,并選取某3個煤礦實際調研并對結果分析以驗證模型有效性,提出系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化對策,為實踐提供應用支持。 研究結果表明,煤礦生產(chǎn)物理系統(tǒng)安全與效率協(xié)調發(fā)展度的研究,不僅可以保障煤礦安全生產(chǎn),還可以提高煤礦生產(chǎn)效率,并使之良性發(fā)展。本研究豐富并拓展了煤礦生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)安全與效率動態(tài)協(xié)調發(fā)展與優(yōu)化理論,對保障煤礦安全高效生產(chǎn)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The extensive utilization of coal resources has promoted the process of national economic construction, improved the living standards of the people and will continue to make great contributions. In view of the fact that the coal industry is a high-risk industry, the coal production enterprises in our country tend to increase their production input because of the importance of safety, which leads to the existence of "neglecting efficiency for the sake of safety" in the production process. Or "enterprises blindly pursue efficiency and lead to safety accidents" phenomenon. Considering the particularity of the coal industry and the limitation of resources, how to balance the two contradictory indexes of safety and efficiency, which are mutually restricted, interrelated and accompanied by the dynamic characteristics of time series, The research of realizing the dynamic and coordinated development of the two becomes a problem that needs to be solved. In order to evaluate and optimize the coordination of safety and efficiency of coal mine production logistics system scientifically and comprehensively, this paper will adopt the idea of system coordination degree to improve the original coordination degree model. Then the dynamic coordinated development model of safety and efficiency of coal production logistics system is constructed. Finally, the applicability and reliability of the model are verified by empirical research, and the constructive system optimization countermeasures are put forward to the coal production enterprises concerned in combination with the empirical results. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) solving the coordination problem of coal production logistics system by systematics principle. The problem of benefit allocation of resource input in complex system under the condition of limited resources is transformed into the problem of coordinated development of two subsystems of complex system, and then combined with the interaction mechanism between security and efficiency. The coordination problem of the system is analyzed from the horizontal and vertical angles by using the idea of coordinated development degree. This is the innovation of thinking to solve the problem. (2) to construct the dynamic coordinated development model of the safety and efficiency of the production logistics system in coal mine. According to the ideal coordination state between safety and efficiency of coal mine production logistics system, a static coordinated development model of complex system safety and efficiency is constructed, which combines the existing theoretical basis and the characteristics of the complex system. The model can be adjusted according to the needs of the evaluators, which is scientific, practical and flexible, and it is more realistic and appropriate to solve the objective problems. This is the dynamic model innovation of static model; (3) empirical research. Based on the investigation of 10 coal mining enterprises in Henan Province, this paper discusses the mechanism of influencing key indexes and their coordinated development with the system, and selects three coal mines for practical investigation and analysis of the results to verify the validity of the model, and puts forward the system optimization countermeasures. Provide application support for practice. The results show that the study on the coordinated development of safety and efficiency of physical system of coal production can not only guarantee the safety of coal mine production, but also improve the efficiency of coal mine production and make it develop well. This study enriches and expands the dynamic coordinated development and optimization theory of the safety and efficiency of coal mine production logistics system, which has important practical significance to ensure the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.
