X公司配送節(jié)點選址問題研究

【摘要】:X公司是一家牛奶供應(yīng)公司,采用直接面向客戶的一級配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)為客戶提供配送服務(wù)。但是,隨著X公司業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)行配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)呈現(xiàn)諸多弊端。為適應(yīng)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需要,x公司決定在配送區(qū)域建立配送節(jié)點,形成二級配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)。配送節(jié)點選址問題也被提上日程。 本文以X公司配送需求及現(xiàn)狀為研究對象。對X公司在配送區(qū)域內(nèi)的配送時長、需求量等基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析,以x公司配送區(qū)域內(nèi)的需求量及需求趨勢為基礎(chǔ),對X公司配送區(qū)域內(nèi)未來的需求量進(jìn)行預(yù)測。從配送成本、客戶滿意度和資源利用率三個方面對x公司現(xiàn)行配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行分析,x公司現(xiàn)行配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)存在資源浪費情況,配送成本具有縮減空間,客戶滿意度存在下滑趨勢。根據(jù)x公司配送區(qū)域內(nèi)需求量數(shù)據(jù),運用SPSS軟件k-均值聚類分析方法對配送區(qū)域進(jìn)行劃分,并得到各聚類中心坐標(biāo)。結(jié)合x公司設(shè)置配送節(jié)點的內(nèi)部限制條件和安陽市實際狀況等外部因素,在聚類中心附近選取符合要求的配送備選節(jié)點。根據(jù)x公司技術(shù)人員建議,進(jìn)行適當(dāng)篩選。配送備選節(jié)點選定之后,根據(jù)鮮牛奶配送業(yè)務(wù)特性、配送時間滿意度及x公司配送節(jié)點人員分配計劃,建立時間懲罰成本函數(shù)。通過對建立配送節(jié)點涉及的固定投資費用、經(jīng)營費用、運輸成本和時間懲罰成本的分析,建立以總成本最低為目標(biāo)值的多節(jié)點選址模型。運用Lingo軟件對其進(jìn)行求解,得到適合X公司的最優(yōu)的配送節(jié)點選址方案。最后,本文從配送成本、客戶滿意度和資源利用率三個方面對配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化效果進(jìn)行分析。預(yù)計,在2017年,與原配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)相比,配送成本節(jié)約21947.31元,客戶滿意度提高20.75%,并維持在85%以上,整體資源利用率提高25.81%。
[Abstract]:X is a milk supply company, using a direct customer-oriented distribution network for customers to provide distribution services. However, with the development of X Company's business, the current distribution network presents many drawbacks. In order to meet the needs of business development, X Company decided to set up distribution nodes in the distribution area and form a secondary distribution network. Distribution node location is also on the agenda. This paper takes X Company's distribution demand and present situation as the research object. This paper analyzes the distribution time and demand of X Company in the distribution area. Based on the demand and demand trend in the distribution area of X Company, the paper forecasts the future demand in the distribution area of X Company. This paper analyzes the current distribution network of x company from three aspects of distribution cost, customer satisfaction and resource utilization. The current distribution network of x company has waste of resources, distribution cost has reduced space, and customer satisfaction has a downward trend. According to the data of demand in distribution area of x company, the distribution area is divided by using SPSS software k- mean clustering analysis method, and the coordinate of each cluster center is obtained. Combined with the external factors such as the internal limiting conditions of the distribution node set up by X Company and the actual situation in Anyang City, the distribution alternative nodes that meet the requirements are selected near the cluster center. According to X company technical personnel advice, appropriate screening. After the selection of distribution candidate nodes, according to the characteristics of fresh milk distribution business, distribution time satisfaction and distribution node distribution plan of x company, the cost function of time punishment is established. Based on the analysis of fixed investment cost, operating cost, transportation cost and time penalty cost involved in setting up distribution node, a multi-node location model with the lowest total cost as the target value is established. Lingo software is used to solve the problem and the optimal location scheme of distribution node is obtained for X Company. Finally, this paper analyzes the optimization effect of distribution network from three aspects: distribution cost, customer satisfaction and resource utilization. It is expected that in 2017, compared with the original distribution network, the distribution cost will be saved by 21947.31 yuan, the customer satisfaction will be increased by 20.75%, and maintained at more than 85%, and the overall utilization rate of resources will be increased by 25.81%.
