【摘要】：美國頁巖氣開發(fā)的巨大成功使美國天然氣產(chǎn)量逐年上升,使美國走出天然氣短缺的陰影,成為天然氣富足的國家。"頁巖氣革命"改變了人們對美國天然氣前景的認識,并逐步波及歐洲、中國等能源缺乏的地區(qū),大大改變了人們對世界天然氣資源前景的預期,對世界天然氣市場產(chǎn)生著深刻的影響。但是,理性分析,北美的資源量和價值被明顯高估,越來越多的中小型油氣公司由于大量買地而造成高負債,非常規(guī)油氣資源的高成本、低氣價、收效慢、融資難等因素,使其經(jīng)營陷入困境。北美非常規(guī)油氣市場已進入調(diào)整期,投資機會增多、風險也增大,如何實現(xiàn)盈利是進入北美非常規(guī)油氣市場的關(guān)鍵。通過深入分析北美非常規(guī)油氣資源發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和和潛力,結(jié)合目前北美油氣公司的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,分析中國油公司進入北美非常規(guī)油氣市場的機遇,重點剖析了投資北美非常規(guī)油氣資源實現(xiàn)盈利、獲取較好經(jīng)濟效益必須具備的能力和策略。
[Abstract]:"the huge success of shale gas development in the United States has led to an increase in U.S. natural gas production year after year, making the United States a natural gas rich country out of the shadow of a natural gas shortage." The shale gas revolution "changed people's understanding of the prospect of natural gas in the United States, and gradually spread to regions where energy is scarce, such as Europe and China, and greatly changed people's expectations of the prospects of the world's natural gas resources." It has a profound influence on the world natural gas market. However, rational analysis shows that the amount and value of resources in North America are obviously overvalued. More and more small and medium-sized oil and gas companies are becoming highly indebted because of massive land purchases. The high cost of unconventional oil and gas resources, low gas prices, slow results, and difficulties in financing are factors, etc. Put its business in trouble. North American unconventional oil and gas market has entered a period of adjustment, investment opportunities have increased, and the risks are also increased. How to achieve profitability is the key to enter North American unconventional oil and gas market. Through in-depth analysis of the development and potential of non-conventional oil and gas resources in North America, combined with the present operating situation of North American oil and gas companies, this paper analyzes the opportunities for Chinese oil and gas companies to enter the non-conventional oil and gas market in North America. The ability and strategy of making profits by investing in unconventional oil and gas resources in North America and obtaining better economic benefits are analyzed emphatically.
