【摘要】：紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)作為中國出口競爭力較強的產(chǎn)業(yè)，一直以來為我國增加出口貿(mào)易額，解決社會就業(yè)難題，促進(jìn)民生消費等各方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用。紡織服裝領(lǐng)域的中小民營毛衫企業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)體制中不可分割的一部分，其存在和發(fā)展直接影響了普通老百姓的切身利益，是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的重要組成部分。 本文選取上海地區(qū)的中小民營毛衫出口企業(yè)及其毛衫產(chǎn)品工藝作為研究對象，研究了毛衫企業(yè)的出口現(xiàn)狀、面臨的機遇與難題以及所涉及到的毛衫產(chǎn)品延伸設(shè)計工藝。本課題的研究，旨在以提高上海地區(qū)的中小民營毛衫出口企業(yè)的核心競爭力為研究目標(biāo)，結(jié)合先進(jìn)的毛衫生產(chǎn)工藝和當(dāng)代市場營銷理論，以及工作實踐總結(jié)，提出了相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品延伸設(shè)計的改進(jìn)方案，探索中小企業(yè)改變經(jīng)營思路和模式的方法和途徑，以期能為企業(yè)的發(fā)展思路提供有價值的參考依據(jù)。 本文基于毛衫、服裝企業(yè)出口貿(mào)易等相關(guān)的理論研究，，分析了上海地區(qū)中小民營毛衫出口企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀。在深入調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上，歸納了當(dāng)前在企業(yè)中毛衫生產(chǎn)的基本元素和制作流程。結(jié)合所調(diào)研的毛衫企業(yè)，運用SWOT理論，分析了中小民營毛衫企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程、市場及客戶特點、優(yōu)劣勢及所面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)等。研究表明上海地區(qū)的中小民營毛衫企業(yè)一方面在做大做強地區(qū)服裝生產(chǎn)規(guī)模，凝聚產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引力等多方面都做出了舉足輕重的貢獻(xiàn)；另一方面，中小民營企業(yè)對外貿(mào)出口的依存度居高不下，競爭日益激烈，量大質(zhì)低的出口模式已難以適應(yīng)目前市場形勢的發(fā)展，企業(yè)出口模式亟需進(jìn)行改變。 中小民營毛衫出口企業(yè)為贏得市場/客戶的青睞，加深彼此間的合作關(guān)系，有針對性地進(jìn)行毛衫產(chǎn)品來樣延伸設(shè)計，已是企業(yè)經(jīng)營者值得考慮的一個方向。 本文從毛衫出口企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品延伸設(shè)計創(chuàng)新入手，就延伸設(shè)計的主要影響因素進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查分析。論文結(jié)合SPSS軟件進(jìn)行科學(xué)的分析，得出了關(guān)鍵性的五大影響因素：款式工藝因素、供應(yīng)商因素、市場客戶/品牌因素、成本因素、創(chuàng)新研發(fā)因素。此外，本文著重闡述了MISSONI新工藝在毛衫產(chǎn)品來樣延伸設(shè)計生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用，同時結(jié)合毛衫中常用的其他工藝，并配以大量實物圖片例證加以論證，豐富了毛衫產(chǎn)品延伸設(shè)計工藝的差異化研究。
[Abstract]:Textile and garment industry, as a highly competitive export industry in China, has been playing an important role in increasing export trade volume, solving social employment problems and promoting people's livelihood consumption. As an integral part of the national economic system, the existence and development of small and medium-sized private sweater enterprises in the field of textile and clothing directly affects the vital interests of ordinary people and is an important part of the steady development of the national economy. In this paper, small and medium-sized private sweater export enterprises in Shanghai and their woolen sweater product technology are selected as the research object, and the export status, opportunities and difficulties faced by the sweaters enterprises and the extended design process of the sweater products involved are studied in this paper. The purpose of this research is to improve the core competitiveness of the small and medium-sized private sweater export enterprises in Shanghai, combine the advanced sweater production technology and the contemporary marketing theory, and summarize the working practice. The improvement scheme of product extension design is put forward, and the methods and ways of changing the management thought and mode of small and medium-sized enterprises are explored in order to provide valuable reference for the development of enterprises. Based on the theoretical research on export trade of sweaters and garment enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation of small and medium-sized private sweater export enterprises in Shanghai. On the basis of in-depth investigation and research, the basic elements and production process of sweater production in enterprises are summarized. Based on the SWOT theory, this paper analyzes the business process, market and customer characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of small and medium-sized private sweater enterprises. The research shows that the small and medium-sized private sweater enterprises in Shanghai on the one hand have made a decisive contribution in increasing and strengthening the scale of clothing production in the region and condensing the attraction of industry. On the other hand, the dependence of small and medium-sized private enterprises on foreign trade export is high, the competition is increasingly fierce, and the export mode of large quantity and low quality has been difficult to adapt to the development of the current market situation, and the export mode of enterprises needs to be changed urgently. In order to win the favor of the market / customer, deepen the cooperative relationship between each other, and carry out the extension design of woolen sweater products, it is a direction that the enterprise managers should consider. Based on the innovation of product extension design of sweater export enterprises, this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the main influencing factors of extension design. Based on the scientific analysis of SPSS software, five key factors are obtained: style, supplier, market customer / brand, cost, innovation and R & D. In addition, the application of the new MISSONI process in the design and production of woolen sweater product sample extension is emphasized in this paper. At the same time, combined with other commonly used processes in woolen sweaters, it is demonstrated by a large number of examples of physical pictures.
