【摘要】：精益生產(chǎn)是生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)未來發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外精益生產(chǎn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了CN公司總裝線基本情況、生產(chǎn)工藝現(xiàn)狀和精益生產(chǎn)管理狀,并從總裝線車間布局、工序節(jié)拍、質(zhì)量管理、庫(kù)存管理、信息平臺(tái)幾方面找出了CN公司目前在精益生產(chǎn)中存在的問題。 結(jié)合精益生產(chǎn)存在的問題和企業(yè)發(fā)展要求本文主要從車間布局、工序節(jié)拍、質(zhì)量管理、庫(kù)存管理、信息化建設(shè)5個(gè)方面,運(yùn)用相關(guān)方法對(duì)生產(chǎn)流程進(jìn)行改進(jìn)并設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)方案和措施。 通過精益生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化使得CN公司總裝線作業(yè)更加專業(yè)化,生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)員工由13人減少至11人,年產(chǎn)量由2510臺(tái)/年提升至3418臺(tái),倉(cāng)庫(kù)可利用面積由1090平方米增加至3400平方米,生產(chǎn)效率由12.2臺(tái)/天提升至16.4臺(tái)/天,在制品現(xiàn)場(chǎng)積壓現(xiàn)象也得到了緩解,可見CN公司經(jīng)過精益改造的效果十分明顯、可觀。
[Abstract]:Lean production is the development trend of manufacturing enterprises in the future. Based on the research of lean production at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the basic situation of assembly line, production process status and lean production management, and the layout of assembly line workshop at home and abroad. Process rhythm, quality management, inventory management, information platform to find out the CN company in lean production problems. Combined with lean production problems and enterprise development requirements, this paper mainly from the workshop layout, process rhythm, quality management, inventory management, information construction, Use related methods to improve the production process and design the corresponding programs and measures. Through the lean production optimization, the assembly line operation of CN Company is more specialized, the production site staff is reduced from 13 to 11, the annual output is increased from 2510 to 3418 sets per year, and the usable area of warehouse is increased from 1090 square meters to 3400 square meters. The production efficiency has been raised from 12.2 units / day to 16.4 units / day, and the backlog of in-process products has also been alleviated. It can be seen that the effect of lean transformation in CN Company is very obvious and considerable.
