【摘要】：東營(yíng)XD企業(yè)是以玻璃鋼產(chǎn)業(yè)為支柱，以機(jī)械加工與維修、管道防腐與安裝、電器制造、井下作業(yè)及工具維修、輕烴加工、物流運(yùn)輸?shù)犬a(chǎn)業(yè)為輔的綜合性企業(yè)。企業(yè)在創(chuàng)業(yè)初期，國(guó)內(nèi)的玻璃鋼制造企業(yè)還比較少，，缺乏競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，同時(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)玻璃鋼需求量大，企業(yè)得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。但是近幾年由于國(guó)內(nèi)玻璃鋼企業(yè)的大量出現(xiàn)，國(guó)外企業(yè)的不斷涌入，企業(yè)面對(duì)著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。正是基于這樣一種背景，本文通過對(duì)XD企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的研究，提出相關(guān)的建議，來(lái)指導(dǎo)XD企業(yè)獲取持續(xù)的戰(zhàn)略效應(yīng)。 本文首先從研究背景出發(fā)，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)戰(zhàn)略管理的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述，接著通過對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論以及戰(zhàn)略管理的分析方法進(jìn)行概述，為接下去的論文打好理論基礎(chǔ)。其次通過對(duì)XD企業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行闡述和分析，找出管理中存在的問題，并提出解決問題的措施。最后結(jié)合SWOT分析方法對(duì)XD企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行客觀的分析，明確XD企業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)和弱點(diǎn)。在分析的基礎(chǔ)上確定XD企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。提出了XD企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的原則和措施，促進(jìn)了企業(yè)健康、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Dongying XD enterprise is a comprehensive enterprise supported by FRP industry, such as mechanical processing and maintenance, pipeline anticorrosion and installation, electrical appliance manufacturing, downhole operation and tool maintenance, light hydrocarbon processing, logistics transportation and so on. At the beginning of the enterprise, the domestic FRP manufacturing enterprises are still relatively few, lack of competition, at the same time, the domestic FRP demand is large, the enterprise has got the swift and violent development. However, due to the emergence of domestic FRP enterprises and the continuous influx of foreign enterprises in recent years, enterprises are facing severe challenges. Based on this background, this paper studies the strategic management of XD enterprises and puts forward some relevant suggestions to guide XD enterprises to obtain sustained strategic effects. From the background of the research, this paper expounds the current situation of the strategic management research at home and abroad, and then summarizes the theory of enterprise strategic management and the analysis method of strategic management, and lays a good theoretical foundation for the next paper. Secondly, through the analysis of the development of XD enterprises, the problems in management are found out, and the measures to solve the problems are put forward. Finally, the internal and external environment of XD enterprises is analyzed objectively with SWOT analysis method, and the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of XD enterprises are clarified. On the basis of analysis, the development strategy of XD enterprises is determined. This paper puts forward the principles and measures of implementing the development strategy of XD enterprises, which promotes the healthy and stable development of enterprises.
