【摘要】：第三次工業(yè)革命正處于孕育和突破期,將對世界產(chǎn)生革命性影響。第三次工業(yè)革命為打造中國經(jīng)濟升級版提供了機會窗口,為我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整帶來契機,為我國實現(xiàn)綠色發(fā)展創(chuàng)造有利條件,為我國建設(shè)經(jīng)濟強國提供有力支撐。打造中國經(jīng)濟升級版要加強對第三次工業(yè)革命的全面研究,系統(tǒng)把握第三次工業(yè)革命發(fā)展大勢,推動"兩化"深度融合、"四化"同步發(fā)展,走好中國特色的轉(zhuǎn)型升級之路,進一步釋放改革紅利,推動創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The third Industrial Revolution is in its gestation and breakthrough period, which will have a revolutionary impact on the world. The third Industrial Revolution provided the window of opportunity for the creation of China's economic upgrade edition, the opportunity for strategic adjustment of China's economic structure, the creation of favorable conditions for the realization of green development in our country, and the strong support for China's construction of a strong economic power. To build an upgraded version of China's economy, we should strengthen the overall study of the third Industrial Revolution, systematically grasp the general development trend of the third Industrial Revolution, promote the deep integration of the "two modernizations", synchronize the development of the "four modernizations," and take the road of transformation and upgrading with Chinese characteristics. Further release the reform dividend, promote innovation-driven development.
