基于精益生產(chǎn)理論的WBC公司內(nèi)部物流設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:自2008年開(kāi)始的全球金融危機(jī)迅速波及金融市場(chǎng),目前國(guó)內(nèi)的零部件市場(chǎng)隨著整車(chē)的低迷而進(jìn)入困難時(shí)期,到2013年開(kāi)始企業(yè)資金鏈各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)壓力明顯增大,大量汽車(chē)零部件企業(yè)陷入資金困境。 WBC公司是一家在中國(guó)建廠16年的外資汽車(chē)零部件制造企業(yè),并從2005年開(kāi)始逐步導(dǎo)入精益生產(chǎn)體系。精益生產(chǎn)要求物流體系按照豐田生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的原理設(shè)計(jì)和改進(jìn),從計(jì)劃、收貨、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)輸、配送、包裝和發(fā)運(yùn)流程中,應(yīng)用精益原理來(lái)消除浪費(fèi)的時(shí)間和作業(yè)步驟,從而改善物流運(yùn)作中的安全、品質(zhì)、交貨期和成本。據(jù)此,有人提出了“精益物流1”的概念。 本論文將總結(jié)和歸納精益物流理論,并結(jié)合在WBC公司的實(shí)際推進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,通過(guò)理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法,分析企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,總結(jié)汽車(chē)零部件企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流的精益系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,具有較好的理論意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。論文在結(jié)構(gòu)上包括以下幾部分: 第一部分緒論主要是提出了論文研究的背景、理論意義與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,立題依據(jù)與研究空間,明確研究方法與技術(shù)路線,并提出可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二部分經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)精益物流的歷史以及定義進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,并介紹精益物流中專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)的具體概念。 第三部分分析WBC汽車(chē)零部件企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,為WBC公司精益生產(chǎn)物流體系的構(gòu)建提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和指導(dǎo)。 第四部分闡述如何建立精益物流體系,主要包含物流節(jié)拍的建立以及PFEP參數(shù)優(yōu)化。 第五部分將介紹如何建立穩(wěn)定的物流節(jié)拍。 第六部分將具體介紹如何通過(guò)PFEP (Plan For Every Part每個(gè)零件計(jì)劃)參數(shù)優(yōu)化建立WBC公司精益物流。 第七部分將對(duì)精益物流實(shí)施體系的績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 第八部分,總結(jié)課題研究成果,分析研究的不足,并對(duì)未來(lái)的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方向提出展望。
[Abstract]:Since the global financial crisis began in 2008, the global financial crisis has quickly affected the financial market. At present, the domestic parts market has entered a difficult period with the downturn of the whole vehicle. By 2013, the pressure on all aspects of the enterprise capital chain has increased significantly. A large number of auto parts enterprises are in financial distress. WBC Co., Ltd is a foreign-funded auto parts manufacturing enterprise with 16 years' establishment in China, and has gradually introduced lean production system since 2005. Lean production requires logistics systems to be designed and improved in accordance with the principles of Toyota production systems, applying lean principles to eliminate wasted time and operational steps from the planning, receiving, warehousing, transportation, distribution, packaging and shipping processes. Improve safety, quality, delivery time and cost in logistics operations. Accordingly, somebody put forward the concept of "lean logistics 1". This paper will summarize and sum up the lean logistics theory, and combine the actual advance experience in WBC company to carry on the empirical analysis, through the method of integrating theory with practice, analyze the present situation and existing problems of the enterprise. It is of great theoretical significance and economic benefit to summarize the design and realization of lean system of internal logistics in automobile parts enterprises. The structure of the paper includes the following parts: the first part introduces the background, theoretical and practical significance, research basis and research space, clear research methods and technical routes. And put forward the possible innovation points. In the second part, the history and definition of lean logistics are explained, and the specific concepts of terms in lean logistics are introduced. The third part analyzes the present situation and existing problems of internal logistics in WBC automotive parts enterprises, which provides the theoretical basis and guidance for the construction of lean production logistics system in WBC Company. The fourth part expounds how to establish the lean logistics system, including the establishment of logistics rhythm and the optimization of PFEP parameters. The fifth part will introduce how to establish stable logistics rhythm. The sixth part will introduce how to optimize the parameters of each part of PFEP (Plan For Every Part to establish lean logistics of WBC Company. The seventh part will evaluate the performance of lean logistics implementation system. The eighth part summarizes the research results, analyzes the shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the prospect of the future research content and research direction.
