基于精益生產(chǎn)理論的WBC公司內(nèi)部物流設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:Since the global financial crisis began in 2008, the global financial crisis has quickly affected the financial market. At present, the domestic parts market has entered a difficult period with the downturn of the whole vehicle. By 2013, the pressure on all aspects of the enterprise capital chain has increased significantly. A large number of auto parts enterprises are in financial distress. WBC Co., Ltd is a foreign-funded auto parts manufacturing enterprise with 16 years' establishment in China, and has gradually introduced lean production system since 2005. Lean production requires logistics systems to be designed and improved in accordance with the principles of Toyota production systems, applying lean principles to eliminate wasted time and operational steps from the planning, receiving, warehousing, transportation, distribution, packaging and shipping processes. Improve safety, quality, delivery time and cost in logistics operations. Accordingly, somebody put forward the concept of "lean logistics 1". This paper will summarize and sum up the lean logistics theory, and combine the actual advance experience in WBC company to carry on the empirical analysis, through the method of integrating theory with practice, analyze the present situation and existing problems of the enterprise. It is of great theoretical significance and economic benefit to summarize the design and realization of lean system of internal logistics in automobile parts enterprises. The structure of the paper includes the following parts: the first part introduces the background, theoretical and practical significance, research basis and research space, clear research methods and technical routes. And put forward the possible innovation points. In the second part, the history and definition of lean logistics are explained, and the specific concepts of terms in lean logistics are introduced. The third part analyzes the present situation and existing problems of internal logistics in WBC automotive parts enterprises, which provides the theoretical basis and guidance for the construction of lean production logistics system in WBC Company. The fourth part expounds how to establish the lean logistics system, including the establishment of logistics rhythm and the optimization of PFEP parameters. The fifth part will introduce how to establish stable logistics rhythm. The sixth part will introduce how to optimize the parameters of each part of PFEP (Plan For Every Part to establish lean logistics of WBC Company. The seventh part will evaluate the performance of lean logistics implementation system. The eighth part summarizes the research results, analyzes the shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the prospect of the future research content and research direction.
