面向制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的低碳突破性創(chuàng)新機(jī)制及評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:制造業(yè)是我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,是全面體現(xiàn)我國實(shí)力的根基。近年來我國制造業(yè)得以迅猛發(fā)展的同時(shí)卻仍然保持著“三高”的發(fā)展模式,給資源及所處生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。伴隨著上述資源與環(huán)境問題的出現(xiàn),我國制造業(yè)急需大力優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),從節(jié)約資源和保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境的角度出發(fā),發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)切實(shí)推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)。而突破性創(chuàng)新則是基于在新的工程及理論之上,通過轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)械募夹g(shù)軌道來實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)跳躍式發(fā)展從而改變市場(chǎng)原有競(jìng)爭規(guī)則及局勢(shì),是我國制造業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)大踏步的實(shí)質(zhì)性飛躍的絕佳戰(zhàn)略工具,同時(shí)在產(chǎn)業(yè)中開展低碳技術(shù)突破性創(chuàng)新的重中之重在于構(gòu)建合理有效的低碳技術(shù)突破性創(chuàng)新機(jī)制。 在此研究背景下,本文借助SCP范式相關(guān)理論,研究了低碳技術(shù)突破性創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)之間的關(guān)系及相互影響,并對(duì)有關(guān)理論以及評(píng)價(jià)方法和模型進(jìn)行了深入研究,分析了我國制造業(yè)低碳技術(shù)突破性創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的影響因素及其與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)之間的相互作用關(guān)系。其次,為了更好的推動(dòng)我國制造業(yè)低碳技術(shù)突破性創(chuàng)新的開展,本文以突破性創(chuàng)新過程為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)及低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下突破性創(chuàng)新的本質(zhì)特征及運(yùn)作規(guī)律,構(gòu)建了面向制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的低碳技術(shù)突破性創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,并分別對(duì)各個(gè)子機(jī)制內(nèi)部分別研究,最終得出其要素及作用方式。 然后基于上述研究,本文構(gòu)建了面向制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的低碳技術(shù)突破性創(chuàng)新機(jī)制評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,從影響各子機(jī)制運(yùn)行的重要因素為出發(fā)點(diǎn),通過層次分析法確定了突破性創(chuàng)新機(jī)制評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,構(gòu)建了運(yùn)行效果評(píng)價(jià)模型并對(duì)子機(jī)制內(nèi)部及各子機(jī)制之間的運(yùn)行效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。最后本文選取了汽車制造業(yè)為樣本,對(duì)我國制造業(yè)低碳技術(shù)突破性創(chuàng)新機(jī)制進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,用以檢驗(yàn)上述研究的科學(xué)性及實(shí)用性,,并在最后結(jié)合相關(guān)研究給出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing industry is the backbone of our country's economic development and the foundation of our country's strength. In recent years, China's manufacturing industry has been developing rapidly, while still maintaining the "three high" development model, which brings great challenges to the resources and the ecological environment. With the emergence of the above problems of resources and environment, China's manufacturing industry urgently needs to optimize the industrial structure, from the point of view of saving resources and protecting the ecological environment, the development of low-carbon economy can effectively promote industrial upgrading. The breakthrough innovation is based on the new engineering and theory, through the transformation of the original technological track to achieve technological leapfrog development, thereby changing the original market competition rules and the situation. It is an excellent strategic tool for China's manufacturing industry to achieve a substantial leap forward. At the same time, the most important thing to carry out breakthrough innovation of low-carbon technology in the industry is to build a reasonable and effective mechanism of breakthrough innovation in low-carbon technology. In this research background, this paper studies the relationship and interaction between low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation and industrial upgrading with the help of SCP paradigm theory, and makes a deep research on the relevant theories, evaluation methods and models. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the breakthrough innovation mechanism of low-carbon technology in China's manufacturing industry and its interaction with industrial upgrading. Secondly, in order to better promote the development of low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation in our manufacturing industry, this paper based on the breakthrough innovation process, combined with the industrial upgrading and low-carbon economy background breakthrough innovation characteristics and operational rules. A breakthrough innovation mechanism of low-carbon technology oriented to upgrading of manufacturing industry is constructed, and each sub-mechanism is studied separately. Finally, the factors and the mode of action are obtained. Then, based on the above research, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation mechanism for the upgrading of manufacturing industry, starting from the important factors that affect the operation of each sub-mechanism. Through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the weight of the evaluation index of the breakthrough innovation mechanism is determined, and the evaluation model of the operation effect is constructed, and the operational effect is evaluated within and among the sub-mechanisms. Finally, this paper selects the automobile manufacturing industry as the sample, carries on the empirical analysis to our country manufacturing industry low carbon technology breakthrough innovation mechanism, in order to test the above research scientific and the practicability, and finally unifies the correlation research to give the countermeasure suggestion.
