【摘要】：隨著后金融危機(jī)時(shí)代的到來以及電力工業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展，電力企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式步入了戰(zhàn)略管理時(shí)代，面對(duì)著日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境和復(fù)雜多變的形勢(shì)，本文就SG公司在此特殊時(shí)期戰(zhàn)略選擇做了研究，本文嘗試從SWOT分析法進(jìn)行定量、定性分析，旨在厘清SG公司戰(zhàn)略選擇過程中的關(guān)鍵控制因素,通過對(duì)我國(guó)電力工業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展研究闡述我國(guó)電力行業(yè)客觀存在的情況以及未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)；通過對(duì)SG公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析，從政策環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境、科技環(huán)境四個(gè)方面去研究分析SG公司戰(zhàn)略選擇；通過對(duì)SG公司發(fā)展歷程、財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況研究分析，說明SG公司該如何完善公司管理；通過對(duì)SG公司在印尼實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的初步探索，分析說明SG公司并購(gòu)與海外發(fā)展之路；通過對(duì)SG公司內(nèi)壁人力資源、營(yíng)銷能力、組織管理機(jī)制以及企業(yè)管理能力等方面研究了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障的影響因素。本人的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)研究在于如何在后金融危機(jī)時(shí)代的經(jīng)濟(jì)格局影響下，，充分發(fā)揮神華集團(tuán)煤、電、路、航、油一體化資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，調(diào)整火電及新能源發(fā)電電源項(xiàng)目比例，使SG公司的發(fā)展更適應(yīng)電力產(chǎn)業(yè)格局的調(diào)整，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)集團(tuán)公司“打造世界一流煤炭綜合性能源企業(yè)、增強(qiáng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、實(shí)現(xiàn)五年經(jīng)濟(jì)總量再翻番的經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the coming of the post-financial crisis and the rapid development of the electric power industry, the management mode of the electric power enterprises has stepped into the era of strategic management, facing the increasingly fierce competitive environment and the complex and changeable situation. This paper makes a study on the strategic choice of SG Company in this special period. This paper attempts to make quantitative and qualitative analysis from the SWOT analysis method in order to clarify the key control factors in the strategic choice process of SG Company. Through the research on the current situation and development of the electric power industry in China, the objective situation and the future development trend of the electric power industry in China are expounded. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of SG Company, this paper analyzes the strategic choice of SG Company from four aspects: policy environment, economic environment, social environment and scientific and technological environment. Through the research and analysis of the development course and financial management of SG Company, the author explains how to perfect the management of SG Company. Through the preliminary exploration of the "going out" strategy of SG Company in Indonesia, this paper analyzes and explains the road of M & A and overseas development of SG Company. This paper studies the influencing factors of SG's inner wall human resource, marketing ability, organization management mechanism and enterprise management ability. Under the influence of the economic structure of the post-financial crisis era, my innovation research lies in how to give full play to the integrated resource advantages of coal, electricity, road, navigation and oil of Shenhua Group, and adjust the proportion of thermal power and new energy power generation projects. The development of SG company is more suitable for the adjustment of electric power industry pattern, and finally the group company "builds up the world first-class coal comprehensive energy enterprise, strengthens the core competition ability, realizes the management goal of doubling the total economic output again in five years".
