能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的博弈電價定價機制研究

【摘要】:能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)[1]作為第三工業(yè)革命的核心理論是未來電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的方向和可再生能源應(yīng)用的主要模式。本文以能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為背景,重點研究了在以能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)架構(gòu)為背景的電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、電力市場結(jié)構(gòu)以及在此結(jié)構(gòu)下基于博弈的電價定價策略建模。論文主要從以下幾個方面進行研究:(一)深入分析了能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的電價定價問題從能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)電、輸電、配電、售電全過程出發(fā),明確了問題的實質(zhì)與研究范圍,指出了能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的電價定價問題的特性和關(guān)鍵因素,并對該問題的組成要素進行抽象和分析。從而為能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的電價定價過程和基于博弈的電價定價策略模型的建立打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。(二)提出了能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的電價定價問題的解決思路論文針對能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的電價定價真實過程,借鑒了傳統(tǒng)電網(wǎng)的電價定價方法和需求響應(yīng)理論,將能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的電價定價問題抽象轉(zhuǎn)化成為基于需求側(cè)的電價響應(yīng)問題,利用博弈論的相關(guān)知識,結(jié)合經(jīng)濟學(xué)的需求價格彈性理論,提出對于需求側(cè)的電價響應(yīng)問題的博弈均衡解,并借助多agent建模方法,仿真驗證定價方法的可行性。(三)研究了基于博弈的電價定價機制根據(jù)電力市場中電價定價的一般過程,采用博弈理論分析,建立能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中電價定價的博弈問題,系統(tǒng)分析了參與定價過程的用戶模型和電力供應(yīng)商模型,并對這一博弈定價過程進行了具體的描述。(四)基于agent的電力市場模型設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)根據(jù)一般系統(tǒng)的建模過程,在基于agent的Repast仿真平臺下設(shè)計了電力市場仿真模型。明確了能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的電價定價的背景,然后根據(jù)具體的仿真環(huán)境分析了電力市場仿真的實體模型,討論了由實體模型構(gòu)建的仿真模塊以及各模塊之間的關(guān)系。(五)案例研究基于Repast仿真平臺下電力市場仿真模型,并利用先前設(shè)計的基于博弈的電價定價實現(xiàn)電力市場中電價制定。最后,通過仿真實驗分析用電需求量及其波動性和電價信號,并將基于博弈的電價定價與傳統(tǒng)電價相比,證明其優(yōu)越性。同時,分析了在能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中可再生能源發(fā)電對電價定價的影響。
[Abstract]:As the core theory of the third Industrial Revolution, the energy Internet is the direction of the future grid development and the main mode of renewable energy application. Based on the background of energy Internet, this paper focuses on the grid structure based on the energy Internet architecture, the electricity market structure and the price pricing strategy modeling based on the game theory. The thesis mainly carries on the research from the following aspects: (1) deeply analyzes the electricity price pricing question in the energy Internet from the energy Internet generation, the transmission, the distribution, the sale electricity entire process, has clarified the question essence and the research scope. This paper points out the characteristics and key factors of the pricing problem of electricity price in the energy internet, and abstracts and analyzes the constituent elements of the problem. Therefore, it lays a good foundation for the pricing process of electricity price in the energy Internet and the establishment of the pricing strategy model based on game theory. (2) the paper puts forward the solution to the problem of electricity price pricing in the energy Internet. The paper aims at the real process of electricity price pricing in the energy Internet, and draws lessons from the traditional electricity pricing method and demand response theory. In this paper, the pricing problem of electricity price in the energy Internet is abstracted into the demand side price response problem, and the relevant knowledge of game theory is used to combine the demand price elasticity theory of economics. A game equilibrium solution for the demand side price response problem is proposed and the feasibility of the pricing method is verified by simulation with the help of multiple agent modeling method. (3) based on the general process of electricity pricing in power market, the game theory is used to analyze the pricing mechanism of electricity price based on game theory, and the game problem of electricity price pricing in energy Internet is established. The user model and power supplier model involved in the pricing process are systematically analyzed, and the game pricing process is described in detail. (4) the design and implementation of electricity market model based on agent. According to the modeling process of general system, the power market simulation model is designed under the Repast simulation platform based on agent. In this paper, the background of pricing of electricity price in the energy Internet is defined, then the entity model of electricity market simulation is analyzed according to the specific simulation environment, and the simulation module constructed by the entity model and the relationship between the modules are discussed. (5) the case study is based on the electricity market simulation model based on Repast, and the electricity pricing based on game theory is used to set the electricity price in the electricity market. Finally, the electricity demand, its fluctuation and the electricity price signal are analyzed by simulation experiments, and the advantage of the game based pricing is proved compared with the traditional electricity price. At the same time, the influence of renewable energy generation on pricing is analyzed.
