【摘要】：氣候變化和能源短缺使得低碳工業(yè)發(fā)展模式成為我國(guó)等發(fā)展中國(guó)家工業(yè)化的必然選擇,位于西北地區(qū)的蘭州等以資源、能源加工為主的重工業(yè)城市,構(gòu)建低碳工業(yè)發(fā)展模式意義重大。通過(guò)構(gòu)建工業(yè)行業(yè)CO2排放量指數(shù)和碳強(qiáng)度競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指數(shù),分別從工業(yè)行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)減排和技術(shù)減排的視角來(lái)分析蘭州市工業(yè)行業(yè)CO2排放狀況和減排潛力。結(jié)果表明:2007~2011年,蘭州市在結(jié)構(gòu)減排方面成效不大,結(jié)構(gòu)減排潛力依然很大;工業(yè)行業(yè)整體的碳排放強(qiáng)度較高,減排技術(shù)與全國(guó)平均水平差距較大,主要工業(yè)行業(yè)在技術(shù)減排層面潛力很大,并確定未來(lái)結(jié)構(gòu)減排和技術(shù)減排的重點(diǎn)行業(yè)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出工業(yè)行業(yè)CO2減排對(duì)策建議,為蘭州市以及同類(lèi)型城市發(fā)展低碳工業(yè)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Climate change and energy shortage make the low-carbon industrial development model an inevitable choice for the industrialization of developing countries such as China. Lanzhou, located in the northwest of China, is a heavy industrial city dominated by resources and energy processing. It is of great significance to build a low-carbon industrial development model. By constructing the CO2 emission index and the carbon intensity competitiveness index of industrial industry, the paper analyzes the CO2 emission status and emission reduction potential of industrial industry in Lanzhou from the perspective of industrial structure emission reduction and technology emission reduction, respectively. The results show that Lanzhou has little effect on structural emission reduction from 2007 to 2011, and the potential of structural emission reduction is still great. The overall carbon emission intensity of the industrial industry is high, and the gap between the emission reduction technology and the national average level is large. The main industrial industries have great potential in the technology emission reduction level, and determine the key industries of future structural emission reduction and technology emission reduction. On this basis, the countermeasures and suggestions of CO2 emission reduction in industrial industry are put forward, which provide the basis for the development of low-carbon industry in Lanzhou and the same type of cities.
