工作研究在蛇形管制造作業(yè)優(yōu)化中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)電站設(shè)備制造企業(yè)得益于良好的國(guó)內(nèi)外宏觀形勢(shì),行業(yè)出現(xiàn)了“井噴”行情,但是目前大多數(shù)電站設(shè)備制造企業(yè)還是傳統(tǒng)的國(guó)有企業(yè),公司的制造更多地還是采用勞動(dòng)密集型的粗放制造方式,大多是靠一線職工通過“經(jīng)驗(yàn)”積累進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)制造。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的交貨期及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的要求越來越高,國(guó)內(nèi)電站設(shè)備制造企業(yè)希望通過科學(xué)的管理方法和有效的管理工具,優(yōu)化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造流程,促進(jìn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。 本文立足于國(guó)內(nèi)電站設(shè)備龍頭企業(yè)SBWL公司生產(chǎn)制造實(shí)際,從蛇形管車間制造生產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),運(yùn)用程序圖、線路圖的方法分析了蛇形管制造作業(yè)生產(chǎn)線存在的過多的不創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的搬運(yùn)工序、在制品非常多及生產(chǎn)制造周期過長(zhǎng)的問題,并運(yùn)用工作研究的方法,對(duì)生產(chǎn)布局與制造工序進(jìn)行了改善。運(yùn)用操作研究、動(dòng)作研究方法對(duì)蛇形管制造作業(yè)關(guān)鍵工序直管對(duì)接機(jī)械焊、彎管作業(yè)及裝配附件焊進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用人機(jī)圖、動(dòng)素分析圖、作業(yè)單元重新劃分等方法,對(duì)生產(chǎn)線主要工序進(jìn)行了改善,提高了人機(jī)利用率,規(guī)范了操作方法,,大大壓縮在制品庫(kù)存,用作業(yè)測(cè)定的方法,核定了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí),滿足企業(yè)制造能力提升的內(nèi)在需要和客戶新的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的外部需要,提升企業(yè)的制造能力。
[Abstract]:China's power plant equipment manufacturing enterprises have benefited from the good macro situation at home and abroad, and the "blowout" market has emerged in the industry. However, at present, most power plant equipment manufacturing enterprises are still traditional state-owned enterprises. The company's manufacturing is more labor-intensive extensive manufacturing, mostly by the first-line staff through "experience" accumulation of production and manufacturing. Since entering the 21st century, with the continuous development of enterprises, customers are demanding more and more high product delivery time and product quality. Domestic power plant equipment manufacturers hope to adopt scientific management methods and effective management tools. Optimize the manufacturing process to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise. This paper is based on the production and manufacturing practice of SBWL Company, the leading enterprise of domestic power plant equipment, and based on the present situation of the production line of serpentine pipe workshop, the program diagram is used. The method of circuit diagram analyzes the problems of too many unproductive handling processes, very many in-process products and long production cycle in the production line of snake-shaped tube manufacturing, and applies the method of working research. The production layout and manufacturing process were improved. By means of operation research and action study, the mechanical butt welding of straight pipe, pipe bending operation and assembly accessory welding in the key process of serpentine tube manufacturing are analyzed, and the man-machine diagram, dynamic element analysis diagram and redivision of operation unit are used. The main working procedures of the production line are improved, the man-machine utilization ratio is improved, the operation method is standardized, the in-process inventory is greatly compressed, and the standard man-hour is approved by the method of job measurement. To meet the internal needs of enterprise manufacturing capability upgrading and external needs of new customer evaluation standards to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
