基于平衡計分卡的西王集團績效管理研究

【摘要】:通過分析西王集團績效管理現狀,總結出影響西王集團現行績效考核開展以及實施的因素。在此基礎上,綜合運用平衡計分卡和網絡分析法,優(yōu)化并制定配套的績效管理方案。其中運用平衡計分卡從四個維度界定西王集團績效考核指標體系,分別是財務指標維度、西王集團內部經營管理指標維度、顧客服務指標維度和學習與成長指標維度。通過專家打分法,對這些指標之間的相互依賴程度進行評價,確定同一維度內以及不同維度間各指標間的相互依賴關系和判斷矩陣。借助網絡分析法,構建西王集團績效考核網絡結構模型,科學計算各指標的權重,構建一套適用于西王集團發(fā)展的績效考核指標體系以及相應的管理方案。最后為保證西王集團績效管理順利開展和實施,制定了一套長效的保障機制,,保證績效管理相配套的其他制度的完善、合理。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the current situation of performance management in Xiwang Group, the paper summarizes the factors that affect the development and implementation of Xiwang Group's current performance appraisal. On this basis, the balanced scorecard and network analysis are used to optimize and formulate the supporting performance management scheme. The performance evaluation index system of Xiwang Group is defined by balanced Scorecard from four dimensions: financial index dimension, internal management index dimension, customer service index dimension and learning and growth index dimension. Through the expert scoring method, the interdependence degree of these indexes is evaluated, and the interdependence relation and judgment matrix of each index within the same dimension and between different dimensions are determined. With the help of network analysis, this paper constructs a network model of performance appraisal in Xiwang Group, scientifically calculates the weights of each index, and constructs a set of performance appraisal index system and corresponding management scheme suitable for the development of Xiwang Group. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth development and implementation of performance management in Xiwang Group, a set of long-term guarantee mechanism is established to ensure the perfection and rationality of other systems supporting performance management.
