B集團H公司基于APO系統(tǒng)的供應鏈優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:管理學大師彼得德魯克說過,“當今企業(yè)之間的競爭,不是產(chǎn)品之間的競爭,而是業(yè)務模式之間的競爭”。自從上世紀末以來,信息科技以及相關技術地高速發(fā)展,使得全球經(jīng)濟和市場加速一體化。在客戶需求個性化以及產(chǎn)品種類多元化的市場形勢下,制造類企業(yè)經(jīng)營活動的范圍也從地域化日益向全球化發(fā)展,企業(yè)之間的競爭日趨激烈,已經(jīng)逐步演變?yōu)槠髽I(yè)集團或者企業(yè)聯(lián)盟之間的整個供應鏈關系之間的競爭。各類制造型企業(yè)均在努力構建可以使自身產(chǎn)品被賦予更多附加值的供應鏈體系。這會對制造企業(yè)提出新的要求,制造企業(yè)更需要有不同以往的生產(chǎn)管理流程來適應這種變化。 供應鏈管理中的計劃,目的在于保證供應鏈里各個成員之間協(xié)同合作,這也是提高整個供應鏈效率的關鍵核心環(huán)節(jié)之一,也是供應鏈管理的核心之一。針對于現(xiàn)有的ERP系統(tǒng)中的MRP/MRPII在供應鏈管理上的局限性,高級計劃與排程系統(tǒng)(Advanced Planning and Scheduling,APS)慢慢被大家廣泛采用,它有別于傳統(tǒng)的計劃技術的,可以進行多地點、多流程、多業(yè)務實體的計劃和優(yōu)化。這是對現(xiàn)有ERP供應鏈管理功能的補充。APS基于有限資源能力的優(yōu)化計劃,,將企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)活動中會遇到的真實情況均納入考慮范圍?梢詭椭髽I(yè)顯著提高生產(chǎn)能力,并且對庫存水平進行有效控制,提高企業(yè)對于市場需求變化的反應速度,幫助企業(yè)獲得最佳投入產(chǎn)出比,并且不斷進行實時計劃,以幫助企業(yè)迎合不斷變化的市場情況。 目前許多擁有ERP系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品的公司都推出自己的APS系統(tǒng),而著名的ERP系統(tǒng)供應商SAP公司推出的APS模塊產(chǎn)品叫做高級計劃優(yōu)化器(Advanced Planner andOptimizer,簡稱為APO)。APO已經(jīng)被集成到SAP的供應鏈管理解決方案MySAPSCM之中,它不僅可以全面支持供應鏈計劃的需求,而且可以與其他業(yè)務系統(tǒng)(如ERP,CRM,SRM,PLM等)進行數(shù)據(jù)交換,達到?jīng)Q策支持的作用。 本文在回顧了供應鏈管理的理論基礎和重要性的基礎上,會闡述APS對于當今供應鏈管理的重要性。在SAP APO的主要功能進行介紹之后,將會結合B集團H公司的在投入APO使用之后的實際案例,分析使用APO系統(tǒng)之后,對企業(yè)的供應鏈管理帶來的優(yōu)化。最后分析和總結APO的實施特點,并展望以后的供應鏈管理趨勢。

Since the end of the last century, the rapid development of information technology and related technologies has accelerated the integration of global economy and market. Under the market situation of individuation of customer demand and diversification of product types, the scope of business activities of manufacturing enterprises has also developed increasingly from regionalization to globalization, and the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. It has gradually evolved into competition between the whole supply chain relationship between enterprise groups or business alliances. All kinds of manufacturing enterprises are working hard to build supply chain system that can give more added value to their products. This will put forward new requirements for manufacturing enterprises, manufacturing enterprises need to have different production management processes to adapt to this change. The purpose of supply chain management is to ensure the cooperation among the members of the supply chain, which is also one of the key links to improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain, and also one of the core of supply chain management. In view of the limitation of MRP/MRPII in supply chain management in the existing ERP system, (Advanced Planning and Scheduling,APS (Advanced Planning and scheduling system) has been widely used, which is different from the traditional planning technology and can be used in multi-location and multi-process. Multi-business entity planning and optimization. This is a supplement to the existing ERP supply chain management function. Based on the optimization plan of limited resource capability, APS takes into account the real situation that enterprises will encounter in production activities. It can help enterprises to significantly improve their production capacity, effectively control inventory levels, improve their response speed to changes in market demand, help enterprises to obtain the best input-output ratio, and constantly plan in real time. To help companies adapt to changing market conditions. At present, many companies with ERP system products have launched their own APS system, The APS module product of SAP Company, a famous ERP system supplier, is called the Advanced Plan Optimizer (Advanced Planner andOptimizer,) called APO). APO, which has been integrated into the SAP's supply chain management solution, MySAPSCM, which can not only fully support the demand of supply chain planning. And it can exchange data with other business systems (such as ERP,CRM,SRM,PLM, etc.) to achieve the role of decision support. On the basis of reviewing the theoretical basis and importance of supply chain management, this paper will expound the importance of APS to supply chain management today. After introducing the main functions of SAP APO, we will analyze the optimization of the supply chain management of the enterprise after the use of APO system by combining the actual case of B Group H company after putting into use of APO. Finally, the characteristics of APO implementation are analyzed and summarized, and the trend of supply chain management in the future is prospected.
