【摘要】：石化行業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)，其產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)、人民生活、國(guó)防科技等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。目前，我國(guó)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)一步調(diào)整優(yōu)化、資源不斷重新整合的關(guān)鍵階段。這就造成一方面，石化行業(yè)整體正進(jìn)入新一輪的發(fā)展周期中，政策扶持、技術(shù)升級(jí)、新能源新技術(shù)的逐步應(yīng)用、精細(xì)化工的迅速發(fā)展，為行業(yè)發(fā)展提供了良好的機(jī)遇；但另一方面，也面臨著不可再生資源的獲取日趨困難、節(jié)能減排壓力進(jìn)一步增大的現(xiàn)狀，這就要求企業(yè)必須對(duì)今后的發(fā)展進(jìn)行規(guī)劃、研究，把握時(shí)機(jī)、規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。這樣才能保證企業(yè)持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展下去。 為此，論文選取石化企業(yè)山東石大科技集團(tuán)有限公司為研究對(duì)象，重點(diǎn)研究中小煉油企業(yè)的發(fā)展問(wèn)題，旨在為相關(guān)或相似現(xiàn)狀的國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一定的參考依據(jù)，論文的總體思路如下：通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃研究的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)，結(jié)合石油加工企業(yè)自身的特點(diǎn)，從山東石大科技集團(tuán)有限公司的實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，利用PEST分析法，，SWOT分析法，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析充分的調(diào)查和分析了公司目前面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境，并對(duì)其發(fā)展規(guī)劃問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究，制定出了公司的發(fā)展目標(biāo)和未來(lái)的發(fā)展方案，并提出了發(fā)展方案的具體的實(shí)施步驟和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Petrochemical industry is a pillar industry of national economy. Its products are widely used in various fields such as national economy, people's life, national defense science and technology and so on. At present, China is in the critical stage of sustained economic growth, further adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, and continuous re-integration of resources. On the one hand, the petrochemical industry as a whole is entering a new cycle of development, policy support, technology upgrading, the gradual application of new energy and new technology, the rapid development of fine chemicals, provides a good opportunity for the development of the industry; On the other hand, the acquisition of non-renewable resources is becoming more and more difficult, and the pressure of energy saving and emission reduction is increasing, which requires enterprises to plan, study, grasp the opportunity and avoid risks in the future. Only in this way can the enterprise continue and develop steadily. Therefore, the paper chooses Shandong Shida Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. as the research object, focuses on the development of small and medium-sized refining enterprises, in order to provide some reference for the development of related or similar domestic enterprises. The general ideas of the thesis are as follows: through the systematic summary of the relevant theories of the domestic and foreign enterprises' development planning, combined with the characteristics of the petroleum processing enterprises, starting from the actual situation of Shandong Shi Da Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. By using PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and competitiveness analysis, this paper investigates and analyzes the internal and external environment faced by the company at present, studies its development planning problems, and formulates the development objectives and future development plans of the company. And put forward the concrete implementation steps and safeguard measures of the development program.
