精益物流管理在大陸汽車電子公司的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:物流作為企業(yè)的“第三利潤(rùn)源”,越來(lái)越受到管理者的關(guān)注和重視。如何以最合理的成本投入,建立高效的物流組織體系,以滿足客戶的需求,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)的最大化---是物流管理的永恒主題!熬嫖锪鳌钡睦砟钣纱水a(chǎn)生。 本文首先對(duì)研究的目的和意義,研究的內(nèi)容與方法,研究的技術(shù)路線設(shè)計(jì)以及國(guó)內(nèi)外當(dāng)前的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。隨后,導(dǎo)入了與“精益”的有關(guān)概念,實(shí)施步驟和精益物流的意義和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。通過(guò)實(shí)地考察和測(cè)量分析,使用了“價(jià)值流”的概念,識(shí)別了當(dāng)前大陸汽車電子公司物流運(yùn)行中存在的主要問(wèn)題。如,運(yùn)行成本高,庫(kù)存過(guò)高,浪費(fèi)環(huán)節(jié)多等等。然后對(duì)這些問(wèn)題的成因進(jìn)行了分析:作業(yè)量不均衡;KanBan體系中沒(méi)有過(guò)濾“虛假的”需求;缺少自動(dòng)化設(shè)備;信息流不夠流暢等等。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題的成因,公司制定了“精益物流”改善實(shí)施方案,論述了大陸汽車電子公司采取了哪些措施,來(lái)改善上述問(wèn)題,以實(shí)現(xiàn)物流運(yùn)作的“精益化”。這些措施涵蓋了“信息流”的優(yōu)化;作業(yè)場(chǎng)所布局的優(yōu)化;作業(yè)設(shè)備的自動(dòng)化等物流運(yùn)行的整個(gè)體系。在以上分析基礎(chǔ)上,基于大陸汽車電子公司未來(lái)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),對(duì)精益物流的發(fā)展作了科學(xué)的預(yù)測(cè)。精益物流將更多地與現(xiàn)代物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)相融合,并擴(kuò)展至“第四方物流”領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:As the third profit source of enterprises, logistics attracts more and more attention from managers. How to set up an efficient logistics organization system with the most reasonable cost to meet the needs of customers and realize the maximization of profit is the eternal theme of logistics management. The idea of "lean logistics" came into being. In this paper, the purpose and significance of the research, the contents and methods of the research, the design of the technical route and the current research situation at home and abroad are briefly introduced in this paper. Then, it introduces the concept of Lean, the implementation steps and the significance and development trend of Lean Logistics. Through field investigation and measurement and analysis, the concept of "value stream" is used to identify the main problems existing in the logistics operation of automobile electronics companies in mainland China. For example, the operation cost is high, the inventory is too high, the waste link is many and so on. Then the causes of these problems are analyzed: the work volume is not balanced; the KanBan system does not filter "false" requirements; the lack of automation equipment; the flow of information is not smooth and so on. In view of the causes of the above problems, the company has formulated the "lean logistics" improvement scheme, and discussed the measures taken by the mainland automobile electronics company to improve the above problems in order to realize the "lean logistics". These measures cover the optimization of the "information flow", the optimization of the layout of the workplace, the automation of the operation equipment, and the whole system of logistics operation. On the basis of the above analysis, the development of lean logistics is predicted scientifically based on the future strategic goal of China Automotive Electronics Company. Lean logistics will be more integrated with the modern Internet of things technology and expand to the fourth party logistics field.
