【摘要】：自上個世紀(jì)90年代以來,隨著世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,人們越來越關(guān)注職業(yè)安全健康,人們對現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)體系、貿(mào)易服務(wù)體系的要求正逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向安全、健康、環(huán)保等方面。改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展,作為反映社會文明進步程度的職業(yè)安全健康管理工作卻非常滯后,良好的職業(yè)安全健康狀況以及安全生產(chǎn)環(huán)境是推動經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的重要前提。一些發(fā)達(dá)國家已經(jīng)認(rèn)識到職業(yè)安全健康對企業(yè)以及員工的重要性,并紛紛建立了較規(guī)范和完善的職業(yè)安全健康管理體系,在提升企業(yè)形象的同時,減少職業(yè)危害給企業(yè)和職工帶來的損失。對于中國企業(yè)來說,建立完善的職業(yè)安全健康管理體系就顯得更加重要,不僅有利于企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,同時可以使企業(yè)承擔(dān)起更多的社會責(zé)任。論文以HTSL公司職業(yè)安全健康管理體系作為研究對象,找出了公司在職業(yè)安全健康管理方面存在的問題,構(gòu)建了具有汽車發(fā)動機制造行業(yè)特點的HTSL職業(yè)安全健康管理體系。本文首先對職業(yè)安全健康管理體系的相關(guān)理論進行了闡述,對HTSL公司的職業(yè)安全管理現(xiàn)狀進行分析并找出存在問題,然后對兩種相關(guān)的職業(yè)安全健康管理方面的體系OHSAS18000體系和福特SHARP體系進行了比較研究,最后,基于這兩種體系的比較結(jié)果,并結(jié)合HTSL公司的實際情況,構(gòu)建了HTSL公司的職業(yè)安全健康管理體系。HTSL公司職業(yè)安全健康管理體系的構(gòu)建對于公司今后的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有極大作用,同時HTSL公司職業(yè)安全健康管理體系作為對于體系認(rèn)證審核以及考核評估打分這兩種職業(yè)安全健康管理模式的一種探索,對于汽車發(fā)動機行業(yè)的職業(yè)安全健康管理工作具有一些參考價值。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, with the development of the world economy, people pay more and more attention to occupational safety and health. The requirements of modern products, production system and trade service system are gradually turning to the aspects of safety, health, environmental protection and so on. Since the reform and opening up, the rapid economic development of our country, as a reflection of the degree of social civilization and progress of occupational safety and health management work is lagging behind. Good occupational safety and health condition and safe production environment are the important prerequisite to promote economic and social development. Some developed countries have recognized the importance of occupational safety and health to enterprises and employees, and have established a more standardized and perfect occupational safety and health management system. Reduce occupational hazards to the enterprise and the loss of staff and workers. For Chinese enterprises, it is more important to establish a perfect occupational safety and health management system, which is not only conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises, but also enables enterprises to assume more social responsibility. This paper takes the occupational safety and health management system of HTSL Company as the research object, finds out the problems existing in the occupational safety and health management of the company, and constructs the HTSL occupational safety and health management system with the characteristics of automobile engine manufacturing industry. In this paper, firstly, the related theories of occupational safety and health management system are expounded, and the present situation of occupational safety management in HTSL Company is analyzed and the existing problems are found out. Then, the author makes a comparative study on the two related occupational safety and health management systems, OHSAS18000 system and Ford SHARP system. Finally, based on the comparison results of the two systems, and combined with the actual situation of HTSL Company, The occupational safety and health management system of HTSL Company is constructed. The construction of occupational safety and health management system of HTSL Company has great effect on the sustainable development of the company in the future. At the same time, the occupational safety and health management system of HTSL Company is an exploration of the two occupational safety and health management models, It has some reference value for occupational safety and health management in automobile engine industry.
