電力科研企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:In the face of fossil energy increasingly exhausted, environmental pollution, climate change and other problems, developing smart grid, developing and utilizing new energy, improving the efficiency of traditional energy utilization, energy saving and emission reduction, has become the basic consensus of all countries in the world. As a technology-intensive industry, smart grid, new energy, energy saving and emission reduction and other key technologies of independent innovation, need the wide participation and joint efforts of power research enterprises. However, at the beginning of 21 century, the state-owned electric power research institutions of our country have just completed the reform work, most of the electric power scientific research enterprises have started relatively late, have not yet formed the comprehensive industrial agglomeration and the industry chain with real advantages, which bear the great internal and external competition pressure. Along with the energy structure adjustment, the electric power system reform and development and so on new environment appears, the electric power research enterprise faces the new opportunity and the challenge. In the complex internal and external environment, how to formulate and implement feasible industrial development strategy, meet the challenge, grasp the opportunity and realize long-term stable development is an important subject that electric power research enterprises are faced with. This paper takes C electric power scientific research enterprise as the research object, aiming at the development opportunity brought by the rapid economic development of our country to the electric power industry, and the relative backward situation of the management system mechanism of this enterprise, analyzes its basic situation and the development present situation, adopts the PEST analysis method. Porter's five competitive models analyze the macro external environment and industry competition environment. According to the development trend of international energy and electric power, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, analyzes the opportunities and challenges by using SWOT analysis method according to the internal and external realistic conditions. Through comprehensive analysis, the macro strategic objectives, working ideas and concrete measures suitable for the enterprise's industrial development are formulated for the enterprise's choice and research, and at the same time, the development opportunity is grasped, the market competitive advantage is maintained, and the healthy and sustainable development is realized. The development direction of the key industries and the strategic new industrial development direction of the key industries are put forward. And through a series of safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy to achieve the smooth development of enterprises. Through the above research, it provides the guidance support for the industry development, and has certain guiding significance for the future development of a certain electric power research enterprise. At the same time, it can also be used for reference for other electric power scientific research enterprises, in order to make some beneficial explorations to the industrialization of scientific research institutes in our country.
