GDLNG有限公司運營管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:清潔能源的利用已成為世界上各個國家環(huán)境保護的共同命題和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方向。天然氣的使用是清潔能源中的重要一環(huán)。中國的液化天然氣行業(yè)是一門新型能源的朝陽行業(yè)。至2012年止,中國第一家的天然氣企業(yè)---GDLNG有限公司(以下簡稱:GDLNG有限公司)才進入商務運營的第6年,緊接而來的、.歸屬中海油、中石油、中石化的一家家液化天然氣企業(yè)拔地而起。目前已運營、在建、在計劃中的接收站已達9家。相比較硬件設施,多家企業(yè)和GDLNG有限公司有許多共性的地方,如罐體、泵、氣化器、生產工藝等。同時,在軟件管理上也有許多可借鑒性。由于天然氣接收站在國內運營時間短,管理經(jīng)驗缺失等客觀現(xiàn)象,利用好GDLNG有限公司已有的管理經(jīng)驗和教訓,能夠為其他企業(yè)提供有價值的參考。 本文主要是調查、研究GDLNG有限公司的運營管理優(yōu)化問題。通過研究GDLNG有限公司庫存控制問題、設備運行可靠性、如何有效的協(xié)調好各部門目標等三方面問題,找出有效的控制措施與管理手段,保障公司利用最低成本創(chuàng)造最大價值。本文首先通過分析GDLNG有限公司庫存控制管理中的優(yōu)勢,以及存在的可控和不可控因素,造成的庫存風險,結合了運營管理的預測理論和方法,使庫存達到了有效控制的目標;其次,通過某個設備在運行過程中,因多種因素,造成設備故障的分析,并結合質量理論和流程梳理和優(yōu)化,解決設備可靠性問題;第三,通過組織結構的選擇,有效的協(xié)調好各部門的目標,為部門制定決策,疏通工作流程。希望本文的研究有可能被其它液化天然氣公司所借鑒,也希望研究出的經(jīng)驗成果能為我國的新型的液化天然氣行業(yè)做出貢獻。
[Abstract]:The utilization of clean energy has become the common proposition and economic development direction of environmental protection in every country in the world. The use of natural gas is an important part of clean energy. China's liquefied natural gas industry is a new energy industry. Until 2012, China's first natural gas company, GDLNG Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GDLNG Co., Ltd.) entered its sixth year of commercial operation. Belong to CNOOC, Sinopec, a liquefied natural gas enterprises sprang up. Currently in operation, under construction, the planned receiving station has reached 9. Compared with hardware facilities, many enterprises and GDLNG Co., Ltd. have a lot in common, such as tank, pump, gasifier, production process and so on. At the same time, there are a lot of reference in software management. Due to the short operating time of natural gas receiving station in China and the lack of management experience, making good use of the existing management experience and lessons of GDLNG Co., Ltd. can provide valuable reference for other enterprises. This paper is mainly to investigate and study the optimization of operation management of GDLNG Co., Ltd. By studying the inventory control problem of GDLNG Co., Ltd., the reliability of equipment operation and how to coordinate the objectives of each department effectively, the effective control measures and management methods are found to ensure the company to create maximum value by using the lowest cost. Firstly, through analyzing the advantages of inventory control management in GDLNG Co., Ltd., and the inventory risk caused by controllable and uncontrollable factors, this paper combines the forecasting theory and method of operation management to make inventory achieve the goal of effective control. Secondly, through the analysis of the equipment failure caused by various factors during the operation of a certain equipment, and combing and optimizing the quality theory and process, the reliability problem of the equipment is solved. Thirdly, through the choice of the organization structure, Effectively coordinate the objectives of each department, make decisions for the department, and clear the workflow. It is hoped that the research in this paper will be used for reference by other LNG companies and that the empirical results will contribute to the new LNG industry in China.
