【摘要】：內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略地位,是我國北方重要的生態(tài)安全屏障,是國家重要的能源基地、新型化工基地、有色金屬生產(chǎn)加工基地和綠色農(nóng)畜產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)加工基地,是我國向北開放的重要橋頭堡,是團結(jié)繁榮文明穩(wěn)定的民族自治區(qū)。鄂爾多斯市作為內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)的重要經(jīng)濟增長極之一,其工業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)也經(jīng)歷了起步探索、全面開發(fā)、整體提升的過程。十多年來,鄂爾多斯市工業(yè)園區(qū)從無到有、從少到多,由小到大、由弱到強,取得顯著成效,為全市經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。然而,在全國煤化工行業(yè)“基地化、大型化、集中化”的趨勢下,以煤化工工業(yè)園區(qū)為主的化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)如雨后春筍逐步興建和發(fā)展。作為成立不到五年的獨貴塔拉工業(yè)園區(qū),如何充分發(fā)揮自己的競爭優(yōu)勢,避免惡性競爭、產(chǎn)業(yè)雷同、浪費資源等情況的出現(xiàn)?為此,本論文對獨貴塔拉工業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題進(jìn)行研究。 本文結(jié)合實際,依據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理等工商管理理論知識來分析解決獨貴塔拉工業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題。首先,論文分析了課題研究的背景和動機,研究的目的和意義,并對研究的思路進(jìn)行了簡述。然后,通過分析獨貴塔拉工業(yè)園區(qū)的概況和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出了發(fā)展困惑。接著,對園區(qū)的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析：從園區(qū)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、政治環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境和技術(shù)環(huán)境對園區(qū)發(fā)展的影響四個方面分析了園區(qū)發(fā)展所處的宏觀環(huán)境；本論文的重點是收集和分析了內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)煤化工工業(yè)園區(qū)的資料,并利用邁克爾·波特的五力模型分析了獨貴塔拉工業(yè)園區(qū)所面臨的競爭環(huán)境,并將獨貴塔拉工業(yè)園區(qū)與主要競爭對手進(jìn)行比較分析。從外部環(huán)境分析中可以看出,獨貴塔拉工業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)面臨難得的機遇,又面臨著激烈的競爭環(huán)境。內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析主要從資源、能力著手分析了園區(qū)的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,總結(jié)出獨貴塔拉工業(yè)園區(qū)的比較優(yōu)勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上,討論和提出了獨貴塔拉工業(yè)園區(qū)的總體戰(zhàn)略和競爭戰(zhàn)略。最后,論文討論了園區(qū)實施戰(zhàn)略可能采取的對策措施,從四個方面提出具體的戰(zhàn)略實施的對策措施。
[Abstract]:The Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has a very important strategic position, is an important ecological security barrier in the north of China, is an important national energy base, a new chemical base, a non-ferrous metal production and processing base, and a green agricultural and livestock production and processing base. China is an important bridgehead open to the north, is a unity, prosperity, civilization and stability of the autonomous region. As one of the most important economic growth poles in Inner Mongolia, the construction of industrial park in Ordos city has experienced the process of initial exploration, comprehensive development and overall promotion. For more than ten years, Ordos Industrial Park has made great contribution to the economic and social development of the whole city, from little to more, from small to large, from weak to strong, and has achieved remarkable results. However, under the trend of "base, large scale and centralization" in the national coal chemical industry, chemical industrial parks, which mainly focus on coal chemical industrial parks, have been built and developed step by step. As the only Guitara Industrial Park less than five years old, how to give full play to its competitive advantage, avoid vicious competition, industry similarity, waste of resources and other situations? Therefore, this paper studies the development strategy of Dugui Tara Industrial Park. According to the theory of industrial and commercial management such as strategic management, this paper analyzes and solves the development strategy of Dugui Tara Industrial Park. Firstly, the paper analyzes the background and motivation of the research, the purpose and significance of the research, and gives a brief account of the research ideas. Then, by analyzing the general situation and development status of Dugui Tara Industrial Park, the author puts forward the development puzzlement. Then, the external environment and internal environment of the park are analyzed: the macro-environment of the park development is analyzed from four aspects: the economic environment, the political environment, the social environment and the technological environment; The focus of this paper is to collect and analyze the data of coal chemical industrial park in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and to analyze the competitive environment faced by Dugui Tara Industrial Park by using Michael Porter's five-force model. And the Dugui Tara Industrial Park and the main competitors for comparative analysis. From the analysis of external environment, we can see that the development of Dugui Tara Industrial Park is faced with rare opportunities and fierce competition environment. The analysis of internal environment mainly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the park from the point of resource and ability, and summarizes the comparative advantage of the industrial park of Dugui Tara. On this basis, the overall strategy and competition strategy of Dugui Tara Industrial Park are discussed and put forward. Finally, the paper discusses the possible countermeasures of the park implementation strategy, and puts forward the specific countermeasures from four aspects.
