滄東電廠600MW亞臨界機(jī)組經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行管理研究

【摘要】:能源是社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),節(jié)能是我國(guó)的一項(xiàng)基本國(guó)策,我國(guó)提出了建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì)方針戰(zhàn)略,,在現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)條件下,提高火電機(jī)組的經(jīng)濟(jì)性就得靠合理的管理方法。 本文參考目前國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)理論和技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)神華國(guó)華滄東電廠一期2×600MW亞臨界機(jī)組的實(shí)際情況,分析了機(jī)組經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的現(xiàn)狀以及影響機(jī)組經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的影響因素,并且針對(duì)機(jī)組現(xiàn)有的運(yùn)行方式,提出了提高機(jī)組經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的優(yōu)化措施,比如更改鍋爐的運(yùn)行參數(shù),改變汽輪機(jī)的進(jìn)汽方式等。在一期機(jī)組的投產(chǎn)運(yùn)行后,滄東電廠有一套機(jī)組運(yùn)行指標(biāo)考核方法,對(duì)機(jī)組的運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性的提高起到很大的作用。但是,原有的管理方法有一定的局限性,本文分析了滄東電廠一期兩臺(tái)機(jī)組原有的指標(biāo)競(jìng)賽管理方法,針對(duì)原方法的不利之處,提出了改進(jìn)方法,也就是使指標(biāo)靠近額定參數(shù)的競(jìng)賽管理方法,并做出了經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià)。 同時(shí)電廠的煤場(chǎng)有很大的節(jié)能空間,筆者結(jié)合煤場(chǎng)儲(chǔ)煤的優(yōu)化建議,總結(jié)出了滄東電廠經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行管理方案,為機(jī)組的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行提供指導(dǎo),為機(jī)組的節(jié)能降耗和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行管理提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Energy is the important material foundation of social development, and energy saving is a basic national policy of our country. Our country has put forward the strategy of constructing economical society. Under the existing technical conditions, it is necessary to improve the economy of thermal power units by reasonable management methods. Based on the advanced theory and technology at home and abroad and the actual situation of the 2 脳 600MW subcritical unit in Huacangdong Power Plant of Shenhua, this paper analyzes the present situation of the unit's economic operation and the influencing factors affecting the unit's economic operation. In view of the existing operation mode of the unit, the optimization measures to improve the economic operation of the unit are put forward, such as changing the operating parameters of the boiler and changing the steam inlet mode of the steam turbine, etc. After the unit is put into operation in the first stage, Cangdong Power Plant has a set of evaluation method of unit operation index, which plays a great role in improving the operation economy of the unit. However, the original management method has some limitations. This paper analyzes the original index competition management method of two units in Cangdong Power Plant, and puts forward the improvement method in view of the disadvantages of the original method. That is to make the index close to the rated parameters of the competition management method, and made economic evaluation. At the same time, the coal yard of the power plant has great energy saving space. The author sums up the economic operation management scheme of Cangdong Power Plant combined with the suggestions of coal storage optimization in the coal yard, which provides guidance for the economic operation of the unit. It provides a theoretical basis for energy saving and consumption reduction and economic operation management of the unit.
