【摘要】：隨著行業(yè)間競爭的加劇和企業(yè)管理水平、服務(wù)意識的提升,煙草行業(yè)針對其外業(yè)三員的傳統(tǒng)管理辦法已不能滿足企業(yè)信息化管理的需求、不能滿足依托三員對煙草零售戶進行管理和服務(wù)的需要。因此,從三員實際工作開展的角度出發(fā),研究煙草行業(yè)的市場工作聯(lián)動管理模式,既具有理論意義,又具有工程實際應(yīng)用價值。 本文就煙草行業(yè)執(zhí)行市場工作的三員實際工作內(nèi)容和工作流程做了說明,在分析“三員”工作到位難、監(jiān)督難等問題的基礎(chǔ)上,運用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)中的移動通信技術(shù)、感知技術(shù)、軟件平臺技術(shù)等手段,借助平板電腦、手機等終端設(shè)備,使用軟件信息工程建設(shè)的結(jié)構(gòu)化方法,采用多層次分層系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,以B/S模式,分階段、有步驟的進行“三員”工作聯(lián)動管理系統(tǒng)的研究與實現(xiàn),實現(xiàn)了“三員”人員管理、工作計劃管理、工作線路優(yōu)化管理、“三員”工作痕跡化管理、“三員”工作統(tǒng)計分析和對標(biāo)考核管理、“三員”工作互動等功能,有效地解決了上述“三員”管理的難題,極大的提高了“三員”工作效率。 論文從系統(tǒng)的需求與規(guī)劃、設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)、測試與總結(jié)等各方面做了詳細(xì)的闡述,并對業(yè)務(wù)流程、系統(tǒng)功能模塊、安全性、可靠性、數(shù)據(jù)庫等方面做了介紹。該系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)為提高三員工作效率、使得管理工作有據(jù)可循有法可依,降低管理難度具有很大的意義。 整個系統(tǒng)具備經(jīng)濟適用、通用性強；簡單便捷、操作性強；訪問控制、安全性高；數(shù)據(jù)對接、業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)合性強；主動定位、精確度高等特點。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of competition among industries, the level of enterprise management and the promotion of service consciousness, the traditional management methods for the three members of the tobacco industry can no longer meet the needs of enterprise information management. Unable to meet the needs of management and service for tobacco retailers relying on three members. Therefore, from the point of view of the actual work of the three members, it is of both theoretical significance and practical application value to study the linkage management mode of market work in the tobacco industry. This paper explains the actual work content and work flow of the three members of the tobacco industry to carry out the market work. On the basis of analyzing the problems of the "three members" working in place and the difficult supervision, the mobile communication technology and the perceptual technology in the Internet of things technology are used. Software platform technology and other means, with the help of tablets, mobile phones and other terminal equipment, using the structured method of software information engineering construction, using the multi-level hierarchical system structure model, with the B / S model, divided into stages, The research and realization of the "three members" work linkage management system have been carried out step by step, and the management of "three members" personnel, work plan management, work route optimization management, "three members" work trace management have been realized. The functions of "three members" work statistic analysis and standard check management, "three members" work interaction and so on, effectively solve the above problems of "three members" management, and greatly improve the work efficiency of "three members". In this paper, the requirements and planning, design and implementation, test and summary of the system are described in detail, and the business process, system function module, security, reliability, database and so on are introduced. The realization of the system is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the work of the three members, make the management work according to the law and reduce the difficulty of the management. The whole system has the characteristics of economic applicability, versatility, simplicity and convenience, strong operability, access control, high security, data docking, strong business integration, active positioning, high accuracy, and so on.
