一汽大眾物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心貨位優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷發(fā)展,人們對(duì)于提供的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的要求也越來(lái)越高,企業(yè)為滿足客戶的需要、擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)占有率,需能對(duì)時(shí)刻變化著的市場(chǎng)做出快速反應(yīng),F(xiàn)如今的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),已不再是單純的企業(yè)與企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而是不斷演變成供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。物流是供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展中的重要環(huán)節(jié),而倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理作為物流的重要組成部分,更加受到人們的關(guān)注。 如何提高倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理的效率,已成為當(dāng)前企業(yè)越來(lái)越重視的問(wèn)題。對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)貨位進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,是提高倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)效率的方法之一,因?yàn)樨浳皇欠窈侠矸峙洌瑢⒂绊懼鴤}(cāng)儲(chǔ)作業(yè)的效率,進(jìn)而影響著企業(yè)獲取利潤(rùn)的能力。 本文以一汽大眾物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心的備件中心庫(kù)作為研究對(duì)象,探討貨位優(yōu)化在該倉(cāng)庫(kù)的可行性。首先,本文對(duì)第三方物流企業(yè)以及貨位優(yōu)化的相關(guān)理論做了簡(jiǎn)要綜述;然后,通過(guò)對(duì)備件中心庫(kù)的介紹以及倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)現(xiàn)狀的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了該倉(cāng)庫(kù)當(dāng)前貨位分布情況存在著不合理性,有進(jìn)行貨位優(yōu)化的必要性;接著,在現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,確定以出庫(kù)作業(yè)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的物流總量最小作為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),對(duì)備件中心庫(kù)進(jìn)行貨位優(yōu)化,通過(guò)建模的方法將問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化成量化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,以備件的揀貨頻次和備件出庫(kù)時(shí)作業(yè)人員行走的距離作為關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)建立起貨位優(yōu)化的線性規(guī)劃模型;最后,將建立的貨位優(yōu)化模型應(yīng)用于備件中心庫(kù),并選用LINGO軟件求解最優(yōu)解,同時(shí),對(duì)貨位優(yōu)化前后出庫(kù)作業(yè)中產(chǎn)生的物流總量進(jìn)行比較,驗(yàn)證本文建立的貨位優(yōu)化模型的有效性。 本文通過(guò)理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,將貨位優(yōu)化的理論及方法應(yīng)用到一汽大眾物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心備件中心庫(kù),為備件中心庫(kù)的貨位優(yōu)化提供可行的方法,,以提高倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)作業(yè)效率,使得企業(yè)能夠更好、更快的響應(yīng)快速變化的市場(chǎng)需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the demand for the products and services provided is becoming higher and higher. In order to meet the needs of customers and expand the market share, enterprises need to be able to make rapid response to the changing market. Nowadays, the competition is no longer the competition between the enterprises, but the competition between the supply chain and the supply chain. Logistics is an important link in the development of supply chain, and warehouse management, as an important part of logistics, is paid more attention by people. How to improve the efficiency of warehouse management has become a problem that enterprises pay more and more attention to. The optimization of storage space is one of the methods to improve the storage efficiency, because the reasonable allocation of storage space will affect the efficiency of warehousing operations, and then affect the ability of enterprises to obtain profits. This paper takes the spare parts center of FAW Public Logistics Warehouse as the research object, and discusses the feasibility of optimizing the cargo position in the warehouse. First of all, this paper makes a brief overview of the third party logistics enterprises and the related theory of cargo location optimization, and then, through the introduction of spare parts center warehouse and the analysis of the current storage situation, we find that the current distribution of goods in the warehouse is not reasonable. Then, on the basis of the analysis of the current situation, it is determined that the minimum amount of logistics produced in the process of outbound operations should be taken as the optimization objective to optimize the position of the spare parts center warehouse. The problem is transformed into a quantitative mathematical model by modeling method. The linear programming model of cargo location optimization is established with the picking frequency of spare parts and the walking distance of the operators when the spare parts leave the warehouse as the key index. The optimization model is applied to the spare parts center library, and the LINGO software is used to solve the optimal solution. At the same time, the total amount of logistics generated in the outbound operation before and after the optimization is compared, which verifies the validity of the model. Through the combination of theory and practice, this paper applies the theory and method of cargo location optimization to the spare parts center of FAW VW public logistics storage center, and provides a feasible method for the optimization of spare parts center warehouse, in order to improve the efficiency of warehousing operation. So that enterprises can better, faster response to rapidly changing market demand.
